So far it is the best car wash I have been to here in Illinois I come from Florida but I think they can improve even more the vacuum has good power and that is perfect they should adapt blowers I say this as a personal opinion I always like to blow the engine a little dirt, I will continue going anyway, the machines are well calibrated and do their job well

Somebody else said it before me, but it really is true. This location feels like it is solely being ran by a handful of competent children. Past a certain time in the afternoon there is no managerial presence and sometimes it feels like there's 2 or maximum 3 staff present. Severely understaffed when you think about how many people go there and have issues all the time.
Furthermore, the manager at this location can be seen and heard screaming at these kids like they're his own. Absolute lack of respect and professionalism. How can you scream full volume at underage staff outside, right in front of everybody near the vacuums?
For your average high school child, this must be the worst place to work at in Bolingbrook.

This review is for the young gentleman who was out by the pay stations selling memberships. I went through twice with two separate but similar vehicles today, and the second time he recognized me and stopped me to make sure that it wasn't the same car and it didn't come out dirty the first time or anything. The first time I went through, he was also doing a great job of pitching the memberships without being obnoxious about it. I didn't catch his name, but he was a black guy on the tall side with bleached/lightened dreads, and his customer service and friendly attitude were amazing!

Multiple wash options and free vacuums & mat cleaners are about the only positives. Pricey and I've never left here with my car being as clean as it should be, always streaky or with swirl marks.

Been going here since it opened. Friendly customer service, they even unlocked my car when I closed my car door with the keys left on the tge dashboard of my car. Plus there air freshener smell ?
