Kristine Robinson was amazing! We had a horrible experience at another Jared and almost didn’t give it another chance. We showed up to this location and met Kristine and she was amazing. She made the whole experience so enjoyable and happy. She turned a bad situation around for us.

Back in April, my fiancé and I went engagement ring shopping.
After a very disappointing experience at another jewelry store, on a whim, we stop at this Jared.
Everyone was so nice and helpful. We worked with Eliana and Kristine to custom design a piece. They made the process go super smooth. Our jewelry designer, Alex, did a fantastic job sketching out our vision. And we now have a ring that is our love story and absolutely gorgeous!!

Well, the couple times that i have been in there i was greeted promptly and professionaly .They are all amazing . I am bad with remembering names. The two woman who took care of me , the one i cant remember ,The other Kari. Great personality and very helpfull.

Kari was very helpful in saving me time and money ending out my Citizen watch a I was having difficulties. She was friendly, helpful and patient. It took us about 45 minutes, but it was because we had to wait on Citizen to connect us to a specialist. Thank you Kari. My wife and I also bought our wedding rings there and the watch. We will always to to Jared!

Very bad experience. My daughter broke a necklace that she very much liked. She was upset about it so I offered to get it fixed for her. I looked online and Jared said it doesn’t matter where you bought it from they repair jewelry. I showed it to the clerk who took it to the back to see if it could be fixed. When she came back, she said they could not fix it because the diamond in it was not real. I struggle to understand what difference the diamond being real makes whether or not you fix something. They could fix it they just wouldn’t. It came across very snooty, and that I am not good enough for them. Either way, my money is green, so I don’t understand. Again, it says right on their website it doesn’t matter where you bought it from. I will tell this story to everyone I know and never step foot in a Jared again.
