We used this office for almost twenty years. The first preparer we used eventually retired. And we were then assigned to Elsie. She likewise did such a good job, plus is so personable, that we requested her until we retired and no longer needed tax services. Now, we drop in every tax season when we are driving by to say a quick hello, catch up for a minute if she's between customers.She is very efficient and informative. And very kind

If you get an appointment with Lucille Simpson, just cancel. She is not organized, would not trust filing my taxes with her after realizing. I had a time set for an appointment and she didn't even show up. I had to call after 15 minutes had pass and THEN she tells me she's busy and we'd need to push it back. Then continued to questioned why I even needed the appointment and told me I could do it myself (it was to file taxes).
Will give 2 stars because the receptionist, Layla, was INCREDIBLY kind and helpful. She understood why I was so frustrated as we are making these appointments on the days we have off or having to ask for time away from work to complete these.
Lucille, please learn to manage your time properly and if you're "busy", anticipate it and properly reach out with consideration as our time is valuable. If someone has an appointment, we were CLEARLY looking for help and willing to pay for that assistance.

My client's mortgage loan approval was delayed due to their lack of knowledge when it comes to compliance. This is the first time I have ever had an accountant refuse to accept an executed Borrower's Certification and Authorization form to apply for a mortgage. Lisa was the women we spoke with and she hung up on us twice.

First they made our appointment and when we got there they scheduled someone else on our spot and told us that we had to come a different time on a different day then The lady who did our taxes put in our information wrong and our taxes were delayed, we didn’t get our returns until like 7 months later.

I first gave a 5 star review but now its a 1 star because I did not know about the refund advance. I am homeless and the lady I filed with knows that. I was never offered the refund advance this year or last year. I just learned about it today. I am very disappointed with this and upset. No apologies needed thank you.
