We enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean, staff were helpful, overall great trip. Chlorine in the pool may have been a bit high buy beyond that, wonderful experience.

I reached out to the hotel to put a hold on some rooms for my wedding. I must say Noor Khanum, the sales manager, is absolutely amazing! She helped me understand the process and layout of each room. She even hopped on a few calls with me. The hotel concierge was kind enough to let us see one of the rooms even though we came at 9 PM unannounced. Unfortunately, most of my family is local so no one booked any rooms through the hold but the customer service was great!
Location wise, it's a nice quiet area.

There were bed bugs in my bed.
I would not recommend this place to anyone! Stay away. You don't need to take them home with you!

I originally reserve my room online and paid almost 900 the day of I was told they couldn’t find my reservation and I paid another six hundred dollars when it was time to check out I got the receipt for 876 and they never refunded me the 600 dollars and the district manager is never in I urge ppl to stay away from this hotel and I did file a claim with my bank..

went there. rented two connecting rooms to use their pools and it was empty. the pool so really can't write this place other than thoroughly disappointed. they didn't put that on the website when I was making the reservation

In 2023, charge $5 for fast WiFi access. Shame on you? There are droplets of urine on the toilet that haven't been wiped away.Rooms: Typical American hotels, with worn out rooms

I do not know to much of boilingbrook area but for it location you definitely get a piece of mind.Safety: The room I stay had rail in the bathroom to help get in and out of tub. The jettes whirlpool was very easy to get in and out of.Walkability: Easy to walk around in the room and halls by me have a walking disability.Food & drinks: Breakfast was good love there apple juice lol.

we stayed 4 nights. our rooms were not due serviced and cleaned 2 out of the 4 days.Complaint on first missed roomcleaning did not help.Rooms: nice rooms.Food & drinks: Breakfast was not as good as when we last visited 4 yrs agobut still free

This was a nice affordable weekend getaway! We were attending Jason Aldean in Tinley and friends came from out of town to shop.Nearby activities: Shopping at Hockey StoreFood & drinks: Nice breakfast with many choices. Kids liked waffle station.

We had a nice stay for a wedding we were in town for! This was one of the most affordable hotels in the area. Even our friends were on the reservation and we arrived first, we were still able to check in. At first, they didn’t realize we already paid under a third party (credit card) but they were very kind and figured things out quickly. Our room was clean and there was a complimentary breakfast. The pool was just okay, and I was disappointed there was no hot tub :(
