It was my first visit to this place. Stylist told me that she has 41 years of experience in hair cutting business so I was expecting a professional haircut. But post haircut when I reached home, my 12 years old identified this mess and started laughing. I was not expecting this type of service with full price (no coupons) and a nice tip. I don’t see myself going back to this place again.

It says on Google maps AND posted on their door that they're open till 6p on Saturdays. I got there at 5p and doors were locked and already closed.

Just went recently again, had some one new. Will never be going back. She didnt even check that my hair was parted straight. My haircut was uneven.

Emily used a trimmer that was either broken, or not sharpened. Half of my hair was ripped out instead of cut.I have the simplest haircut (3 on top, 1.5 on the sides). I'm usually in and out in in less than 10 minutes, i was in her chair for 40.

There is one Spanish speaking lady who works there I would recommend getting your hair done from her she is sweet and takes her time to cut time

Saying “we r closing early today “.But I waited for a while to see, and I saw you opening the door for another customer who came after sometime. ( after you had told me that “ you’re closing early )
