We went on Friday 11/10/23 at 2:15PM. The store was quite crowded and difficult to navigate the isle with a shopping cart. Some display shelves were very messy. Maybe due to the crowd of people. It's usually better organized.

Made a huge donation today with no help from staff. We rolled the cart that we filled for them into vestibule and worker came out and angrily shoved it across the room while giving me a dirty look. We couldn't feel less appreciated for our donation. Never again!

Worst place ever. Bought a monitor for $20 and it did not work. Went back to return it and they refused and said it is 50/50 with electronics, did not know that Goodwill is running a gambling operations. That's plus the very rude staff.

This is a nice store. I usually find a lot of clothes and some collectible items here. Kelsy, one of the staff that works there was really helpful. & She kept the dressing rooms clean and clear of clutter. She will unlock some dressing rooms to make it readily available to customers. She went above and beyond her duties. I really like coming to this particular store. They have some nice brand names too as far as clothing.

This is a pretty big store. Lots of items and unique product's. A bit unorganized or it would have earned that 5th star.

I was buying these from goodwill in Bolingbrook. They are all priced. The checkout girl noticed that 1 of them was marked less than the others. i ended up talking to 3 people. They wanted to charge me the higher price on that one. Omg. It's freaking goodwill.

Quick in and out. Came to drop off a couple bags for donation. One lane was coned off so a little crowded. Gentleman came out with the cart and was friendly. Unloaded my own bags and dropped into the cart. Maybe 2 minutes tops.
