Going to stop going to fifthtird due to the fact I couldn't get change with my personal account they said I needed a business account I went to my other bank chase they did 700 dollar change no questions asked with my personal account

Terrible bank left me waiting I gave them a state I'd instead of my license since I didnt have it made me wait for 15 passing me and dealing other people when they should have just asked me security questions. I offered 3 other forms of I'd. Fycking joke

Went to deposit my check at the atm, and i couldnt even do it. Website says "24/7 easy deposit". Hogwash. The atm doesn't even give you an option to deposit. Smh!!!
