Guard, Tiajuana, was kind. Shipping office was kind. Got a door at 0905 for a 1000 appt. Loader came out amd greeted me and was kind. It’s 0930 and I’m getting loaded. Not sure what others experienced, but this place is legit. My broker mentioned long wait times due to Halloween, but that’s not what I’m experiencing. The only negative, and it’s not even bad, is having to blindside into the dock, but I’d say there’s enough room to go turnaround if you wanted to.

The worst . Place . They give you wrong doors . The second shift lady in the office don’t even care if you at the window for 2 hours she plays games on her phone .

Here 8 hrs now still not loaded. Wrong doors given to be loaded. Light at dock doors malfunctioning. Will never want to run loads from here again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

Docks tight and yes trailers parked in front of the loading docks. If you kindly ask the yard dogs they’ll move them so you can get to your assigned dock. In and out 2 h.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I GOT A DOCK ASSIGNED AFTER AN HOUR AND A HALF I CHECKED IN TO SEE HOW MUCH LONGER. THEY SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE ANYONE TO UNLOAD ME AND THEY WILL TRY TO FIND SOMEONE IN THE NEXT 30 MINUTES.

Girls from shipping department are super rood. No freight for pick up. Waist of time. It is not a candy place at all. It is a nightmare place. :)
