I have had multiple issues with this organization. Their customer service and communication is absolutely horrible. On average it takes 3-4 phones calls to get someone to return your call. The secretary who answers the phone has no knowledge about the company and only takes your information. I have never had the actual insurance agent call me back, it’s always an assistant. Claims take forever to process and they are over priced. If you like paying a lot of money and getting little in return, then this is the place for you.

Soo i get pulled over and don’t have my insurance card I called my insurance Raul Hernandez farmers and they immediately text me a copy of my insurance card …. I’m not 100% how life insurance works either but I have a policy with them as well and honestly does give me piece of mind since I am a new mom they are nice and no matter how many questions I had they would explain it in a way I understood… ever wonder why those commercials that say this insurance is better than yours ? They don’t include farmers ! And the staff at Raul Hernandez farmers insurance is as nice and professional as they come.
