My daughter visited this establishment on April 14, 2024, at approximately 3 PM for an eyebrow appointment. We were taken aback by the unprofessional conduct exhibited by staff members Ashley, Viki, and another individual. Their comments regarding our race, skin color, and my daughter's attire were not only inappropriate but also deeply offensive. As long-time patrons of this business, we are extremely disappointed by this experience. Regrettably, we must inform you that we will no longer patronize this location, nor will we continue recommending it to our friends and community as we have in the past.

I would like to report horrible experience today I went have a hair cut by Vicky. I came in with an appointment to"any stylist" and happened to be Vicky, I am very diappointed and unsatisfied by Vicky's poor service, and rude attitute during the entire time. First she was putting out a grimacing face as I entered there as the customer, I immediately felt something wrong, I had never had her cut my hair before, and I was kindly asked her name, and what going on why she put out a face as I owing her, I did not feel welcome at all! Now comes the worse part, when she needed changed direction to cut me instead of kindly request or gently guide the directions, she pushed my head around real hard, as if operating a machine, kept sending orders: "look down, really down and stay there!" I'd have to say it's the worst hair cut experience I ever had! First of all, I will never go back to Vicky again and do not recomment her service. Wish the management train your employees to treat your customers right!

The don’t know how to do keratin but good whit hair color they charged me $140 for a little below shoulder length hair for keratin And it’s supposed to last about 4 to 5 months. This didn’t even last a week.

I have visiting this place for almost two years but I had very bad experience today. Very unprofessional haircut by this guy (seeing him first time here). Vicky and other girls are more better. All the hairs around ears are messed up, even from the back side. I had to return twice and guy started showing frustration. Totally messed up my hairs.

All I asked for was a straight across, one length cut. My hair is now uneven all over. Now I have to go elsewhere to get it fixed. So now, more length then what I initially had in the beginning is going to have to come off. Please don’t go here. You’re better off going to a cosmetology school. As someone who does hair, how could you possibly let someone walk out of your chair looking like this.Service: Haircut

I love having Alexis as my hair professional! She always nails my highlights and has great suggestions, especially when I'm not sure what I want! I used to drive in the from the city just to have her do my hair and now I'm still driving about 25 minutes just for her service - that's how great she is!
