I recently brought my Professional Supersonic in for a health check, and I was impressed with the service. The technician, Josh, was excellent and completed the check in about 20 minutes while I waited. My only concern was the noise level; it was difficult to hear Josh due to loud banging and shouting from the adjacent business. Overall, I appreciate the quick and efficient service.

I recently had the pleasure of working with the Bolingbrook Dyson team, and I must say, the experience was fantastic! From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient. I had several questions about a Dyson product, and they took the time to walk me through everything in detail, making sure I fully understood my options.
What really stood out was their ability to listen and provide tailored recommendations based on my needs. They didn’t push for a sale but rather focused on helping me make the best decision for my home. The representative was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about solving my concerns.
It's rare to come across customer service like this nowadays. I feel confident in using Dyson products, knowing the team stands behind their products and offers exceptional support. Kudos to the Dyson team for having such stellar representatives!

I came on a Saturday around 4:45pm (they close at 5:30) & I was immediately greeted by Brittany and explained the reason for my visit (something was lodged in the hose attachment). She is so friendly & really knows her stuff! She looked up my warranty info for me & I honestly did not expect to be able to walk out with my repaired vacuum same day, let alone in under 15 min!
She is super efficient & I am so grateful for her kindness & expertise. Seriously this woman deserves a raise!
Hands down, this was the Best customer service experience I could have hoped for. Thank you Brittany! You’re the Best!

Stopped in 9/7/2024 to the Bolingbrook Illinois store to have our Dyson 15 Detect vacuum fixed. Problem was, upon releasing the power button the vacuum would continue to run.
The lady took it in back and about 15 minutes later brought it back and told us it was out of warranty.
She said they did a complimentary swap out so in effect she gave us a different unit all together.
When we got home, the problem was still present so I popped off the battery. This is where it became interesting. Our old serial number sticker was there on top of the machines original serial number sticker. When I went online to see what our purchase date was, it showed 12/22/2022, and indicated 3 months remained on the warranty.
A wasted trip, (we live 13 miles away), an incorrect diagnosis as well as a sketchy business practice of giving us false information, a refurbished unit which looks to have the same problem, changing a serial number label which should never be done, and now a need for a return visit to try and fix again.
I hope there’s a manager at the store as this needs to not happen to us or anyone else moving forward.

Was told I had to leave vacuum couple days to be repaired. My vacuum kept falling over when using attachments. Unfortunately, problem still the same after I picked it up and brought it home.

Walked in on a Wednesday inquiring if it would be possible to repair my V8 Dyson vacuum cleaner. It ended up needing a new canister bin (broken), and two new filters (rear end purple post filter damaged). I was quoted approximately $127 to repair it and it would take one day (Dyson rep said with confidence they can get the bin) to complete or $350 for a new unit. Went with the repair. I do live far (25 miles away). I called the next day to make sure it was ready before taking that long drive and a different rep said there was no record of my check-in. Fine, I checked in again. No problem. Dyson rep said the canister is not in yet, one more day. No problem. Now it’s Friday. I call in, again no record of my check in or my information. No problem. I give away a ticket number I was given by them and repeat my contact information (Don’t lose it*). Dyson rep said they have everything except the canister bin there’s a delay. Fine, I decided to wait and made sure they had my information so they can contact me when repair is completed! Saturday passes by nothing. They are closed Sundays and Mondays and now my house is a mess (I have three dogs). Tuesday arrives and I call at 2:30PM. Dyson rep said they will get started on the repair the canister bin arrived. I am there by 4PM and yes there’s a new canister but the damaged post purple rear filter is still on there. Dyson rep said there’s no more purple filters in stock and Dyson will ship out something similar (not purple) to my house in 3-5 weeks!! I was charged $37.95 which I was surprised but I was told that’s because it didn’t need a “new cyclone head” (I think that’s what the Rep said). I was little upset but for the price I stood quiet and paid. Once I got home I started testing the vacuum cleaner and it kept turning ON and OFF!! Including believe it but the battery pack kept shifting and noticed a tiny hole! I think there’s supposed to be a screw in there! Should I take another 50 mile road trip for a screw!?!? Sigh….
Edit: Called in to notify them about the missing screws and they are gonna ship out three screws.

Hello Dyson Bolingbrook!!!
I can’t thank you enough for hiring such an amazing customer service employee as Brittney . From the time we spoke on the phone to troubleshoot our problem I knew Brittney was capable of answering questions. …So much so that I met her about an hour later .., I wasn’t sure she’d be there on a different day so I jumped in car and Waze led me to Bolingbrook . Upon meeting her she was just as helpful and cordial as she was on the phone !! She solved the problem in 10 minutes and how appreciative we are of her and our working vacuum cleaner. Thank you Dyson and thank you Brittney

Excellent experience. Brought my vacuum in that had a bad battery and I was out of the door in 10 minutes. Employees were very polite as well
