I had a repair issue with my V11 This was so super easy to remedy due to BRITNEY and her knowledge of product and customer service ! She was so wonderful to work with and will continue to be a loyal Dyson customer

Brittany was absolutely amazing. Very courteous and professional. More than that, went out of her way to help me fix my vacuum and showed me what happened. I am very grateful. The long drive here for me was more than worth it.
