The absolute worst car wash ever! You'd think getting a carwash is one of the most simplest things in life. No, not here. I've had so many issues here within the last year and will never return. First, they had my account registered or connected to someone else named Scott. So every email and every time I went through, it'd say Hi "Scott". So instead of looking into the issue, the kid just gives me another pass which resulted in me being charged twice. Only a manager could fix the issue, but managers aren't always available. Then, every other time attempting to get a was using the fast pass, it doesn't work. For some reason or another. But my account sure is debited every month, faithfully. The kids that work there have no knowledge about anything. It's always 'let me get a manager'. I don't want to sit and wait for a manager after working 8 hours. I have a fast pass, want to get my car washed and go about my day. Even after it's been shown that the membership has been debited, they won't let you through. Even when the fast pass has been read and accepted by the reader they won't let you through. And most of the time a manger isn't available. This place is an absolute joke, waste of money and waste of time. I'll take my chances with the cars wash down the street.

The screen selected the cheapest wash for me by itself. I talked to the attendant and they told me there was nothing they can do. They couldn't update the wash and charged me the difference as there's only one guy there. I was forced to get the cheapest wash. On top of that, I went through the wash anyway and apparently they don't believe in rinsing your car off or drying it if you select the cheapest wash. Totally unprofessional, skimping on your wash, people here don't even care. I'm never bringing my car here again.

I went in for an oil change.The kid working there is rude and condescending with a nasty attitude. I usually get a full synthetic blend but he didn’t ask so the wrong blend was put in my car. He also had the car under the wrong name then when I corrected him he questioned if it was my car. Then he proceeded to tell me my card doesn’t swipe after I informed him I paid with the card there previously as I’ve been going there for about 2 years. He argued with me that it’s not true. Continued to tell me there’s no way I paid with that card until another worker came and put the card through because obviously the kid didn’t know how. No apologies or accountability for being rude and acting like I was dumb. Must be new but if you don’t know something just say that don’t assume anything. My last time using their services.

Jet Bright down the street was slam packed so I expected the same here. Absolutely empty so I was in and out in under 10 minutes. The wash did a great job and the vacuums were super strong to get all the little crevasses. I will definitely be back over the summer.

Supposedly prices went up the day after I can in said the guy. Here are new prices. Also the oil change guy left my keys and car handles (both inside and outside) full of oil.

Deducted $40 from my bank acct on 12/5/23, which should have kept my monthly wash pass good through 1/5/24. Instead my plan was cancelled effective 12/5/23 and the money was still deducted from acct. Made several attempts to contact their online support - they are incompetent and do not reply, made several attempts at going to the location in person - the employees told me it was a manager issue and they couldn't help. Manager Ativ was on vacation was a extended period of time, after taking 2 half days at work I was finally able to explain my issue to Ativ in person after the Holidays. He took my info and said he would call me with a resolution, said he was going to talk to his manager in regards to my refund and then said his computer system showed I had got washes and that's why he needed to escalate. I assured him I did not receive any washes after 12/5/23 no matter what his computer showed, I explained to him how the the gate won't open after it scans my pass mounted to my windshield. He walked me to the gate and seen that my pass was not working with his own eyes. Gave me a complimentary wash. I was never contacted or issued a refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS!!!! Do not give them your credit card info for a monthly pass. Getting out of it unscathed is near impossible. You will waste time out of your life emailing, visiting, and speaking to them and your concern will not be resolved. I had been going here for years! I was happy with them prior to this occurring. Jet Brite is right up the street, take care of your customers, or someone else will.

Super nasty car wash. Overpriced and bad, old wash brushes with awful dryers. Big blobs of grease fell on my windshield while being washed. A real mess. Don’t waste your money or your time. Highest price exterior wash in the area. Go down the street.

Clean and never a long wait for oil change. Staff is friendly and owner stands by his shops work. Decent car wash though has hard time getting the upper part of my minivans rear window clean. Good working vacuums.

I've been coming here for 12 years and NEVER had a problem. Free vacuuming and $3 wash, how could you beat that? My odyssey and accord have never been scratched. I was reading some of the reviews here and it is ridiculous for people to complain. The people who wrote these negative reviews should go pay more and go some where else. I always use this car wash with no problem, especially in the winter to get the snow and salt off. Now we have a transit and I need to find a new place to get my bigger van cleaned.
New management. I own a sprinter with no carpet in the van, but they couldn't do a good detailing.

Update... 11/172023 .....so they've gone up in price and CANCELLED the free car wash!!!!! Now you get a funky lil coupon for $5 OFF a wash ...OH...AND THE $3 car wash is NO MORE EITHER....

. I tried the 9 dlr special . The fast pass never worked. They tried giving me new credentials. Still struggled. I decided to cancel one day after the promotion jumper up and got charged for the regular price of 40 dlr. I tried pleading my case to Corporate, They denied me a refund. I guess I have choices... the Long winded response by repeating the corporate by laws was not necessary. The simple fix/response to my situation was to simply prorate a refund.

I've read many negative comments about management and operations. However, they do hire some gems. Jason helped make sure my car was clean and taught me how to keep my paint intact. He is a real asset to the team. I wish I could do more than write a review. He easily turned my bad day around with his excellent customer service. Wish every employee was like him.
