Oh we love this place. Racheal is so good with Sasha. They are very nice to you and your dog. They listen to your needs. Rachel literally gives Sasha a new toy when she gets groomed. And they do a great job with the wash and full groom.

Dirty Dog was great. My little cockpoo came out looking adorable. They were super efficient and caring. Chewie loved it. I loved that they asked me what type of cut would I like, they asked if I had picture. I appreciateed there kindness and helpfulness.

This was our first visit to Dirty Dog and I have to say I was extremely pleased. We have a 19 yr old little girl who has been very ill, so we have not been getting her groomed. Well, it was beyond time. Everyone there was so kind and loving to her. Alex was the young man who groomed Molly and he did the best job that any other groomers in the area, never did. He took his time, loved on her and perfected the art of Molly. I would recommend Alex any day. I just don't know any of the other groomers to actually make that recommendation. However, they all seemed very caring.

I’m so thankful for finding this groomer! We rescued an extremely reactive 1 year dog a few months ago and he HATES getting his nails cut. They have been super patient and kind to my dog which reflects their love and care for animals.

This place is amazing! Last minute questions I was asking were answered with true concern re: my 12 yr old dog who's been there many times for years, but I feel they extend the same care to new clients as well. I trust them!

The absolute NASTIEST and DIRTIEST dog grooming business I have ever been to. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by the smell of cigarettes, an absolutely disgusting floor, and the only chair available is covered in a thick layer of dirt, filth, and dust and has a plant on it. A customer was there when I walked in and he was complaining about how he had been there waiting for almost 45 minutes for his dog to be groomed and the groomers weren't going to be there until 9 and no one told him that before he showed up for the appointment. He was also upset because there is no place to sit since the disgusting chair had a plant on it. How is the place this dirty before 9 am? Has it ever been cleaned?You can hear the dogs in the back whining and yelping. The staff yelled at one of the dogs it yelped, then I heard nothing else. What's going on back there and why can't pet owners see where their pets are being groomed?There is absolutely terrible communication with customers. They give 1 intake form when you bring in more than 1 dog when each form is clearly only for 1 dog and tell you to "Just add the other dog to the form" when you ask for another form for your other dog. Ummmm, okay...where?Needless to say, I got my dogs out of there and they will never be back. I was truly hoping to find a new groomer for my dogs and had such high hopes for this place. I'm shocked at the positive reviews because there was nothing positive about that place or my experience. Dirty Dog....more like disgusting shop. I don't understand how the owner and all of the staff members can walk into that shop everyday and be proud of what it looks and smells like. If the front of the shop is that dirty I can only imagine what the actual grooming room looks like and how clean the grooming supplies/equipment are.
