ATTN!! Please read this.
I had an appointment at this location for locs retwist, and I provided instructions on the services that I paid for. Ms. Veronica (Lady V)- Veronica's house of Glamour did a horrible job, Lady V didn't provide the services I paid, I was rushed to leave and rushed from under the hairdryer
I got the services on 04/23/2024, from that point until NOW/TODAY my scalp has been itching badly and burning, I have had locs for 8 years never ever before experienced my scalp burning and itching, I tried reporting my horrible experiences in details to the owner of this location, She/Deedee cursed me, she became irate and disrespectful that I had to hang up on her, Deedee I'm a black American I was born here, you will respect me Ma'am. Prior to that horrible customer experience, I gotyelledl at and cursed at by the stylist Veronica (Lady V) over the phone. God is my witness. Not only were the services extremely bad, but the customer services were beyond horrible. Y'all what's saddens me about this horrible customer experiences is that it's another sistah/A black woman who is a stylist, it's the norm of Chicago and the surrounding suburbs of Chicago, I'm not normal. You both will be held accountable for your lack of care, concern, dignity, and respect. Shame on the owner and the stylist Veronica. You can't go around and treat people poorly, especially me. I'm one of God's favorite spiritual beings, Amen. ?

I love this place so much it was clean. It was relaxing. They were very nice Dee Dee you are my girl you came through and you gave me exactly what I wanted. I have found my forever braid shop I love it

My mom went here through a mutual friend. And the owner is quite unprofessional, she stated that she followed up, calling from a number not associated with her shop. She never left a message to state who she was and then prompted to tell my mother that she could not service her when the appointment was already scheduled a MONTH in advance. Not only that she has fine hair and the last two styles pulled out a section of her edges. And DeeDee already knew her hair was fine and still installed medium to large braids. When you are a business you follow up professionally and then you stick to your word. Now you have upset client who will never return. I don't understand how you can be wrong and mean to people who are paying you. No you don't have to accept all business, but when you do stick to your word. I wish no malice towards your company but i do hope and pray that you learn adequate enough skills to stay in business.Services: Box braids
