If I could give 0/10. After, being with her for a little over a year she came and told me that I was never under full coverage under my car that is a 2023. She just kept telling lies and continued to say it was my fault for a car accident that wasn't and filed it as it was my fault when the police report said other wise. btw this isn't about Maria it's about the Jackie. To say I'm frustrated is an understatement, one of the worst interactions over the phone I had with someone, so unprofessional and will blame you for everything. She never once apologized for raising her voice or be lilting my family and I for her mistakes. Overall, she is racist and shouldn't have this job if she has no patience or will accept her mistakes. I'm so glad I switched to another insurance and do not recommend this agent.

We used to be with the State Farm agent in Aurora and it was rough. I am glad that we switched to Norals and the team. Dealing with Jackie is very efficient. Changing coverage, adding/ dropping a car etc. all have become very easy.

Jackie has been a true professional.
