Drove to pharmacy TWICE for same script while SICK, for them to finally say we don't have that and won't get it for a week.

Very confusing place to get OTC items from your insurance benefits.
The reference books for specific types of insurance not available.
Had to bring up the items to the register and have them verified as being covered by my plan.
Took a lot longer than it should.
Many items were not in stock.

Regularly out of stock of basic meds like insulin and pain meds! Text links to script info doesn’t work, you can’t talk to a person you can only leave a voicemail. So I drive to the pharmacy since I can’t get an update on my prescription and find out it’s out of stock! The customer service is awful! No help whatsoever!

Problem is autorefill I don't have been there many times and ask them if I don't have why do it . Refilling a prescription they say 7 days several times they have sent a message to me drugs are ready to be picked up a day later they send another message saying it's to early to fill or they send message saying do you want your drugs refilled my problem I can't go any where else because my plan only uses cvs

I use this pharmacy when I need something immediately and get my maintenance meds thru the mail. If your medical provider sends multiple prescriptions electronically, CVS will always deny receiving some of them. The same thing happened once again even after having my doctor's nurse call the pharmacy and confirm all three had been received. My advice is to carry a written copy of your prescription and expect a 30 minute delay. Another guy came in while I was waiting and was screaming about their poor service. I had a chance to speak with him on the way out and he said he had problems with meds being promised but not being ready. If you think you can call and speak to a pharmacist ahead of time to avoid these issues, the robo machine will not connect patients to the pharmacist and as I noted earlier- calls from doctors get connected but muffed anyways.

This CVS location is terrible. My girlfriend has been having multiple surgeries and she gets her medication sent to this CVS. From the time this place gets the paperwork for the prescription, it takes this pharmacy about two weeks to fill for some reason. So my girlfriend has to sit in pain waiting, and she gets no help from this pharmacy at all. If I was someone else I would think twice about using this pharmacy and go someplace else. What they are doing to patients is criminal.

I used the Woodridge CVS for a prescription, after dropping it it off the day before, I receive a message that it would be another day as they where out, I switch to this location and within about 15 minutes it was ready to pick up, hard to give this location anything less than 5 stars.

We had scheduled vaccines at this location. Our work schedule changed the day of our appointment. We called, and and they said that we could come in earlier. Although there was only one pharmacist and only one technician, we were able to get the vaccines without too much of a wait. Although both the pharmacist and technician were obviously overworked, they were helpful and courteous. The store was clean and bright, as well as well laid out and organized. The clerks in the front of the store were also helpful and courteous as we checked out.

CVS pharmacy is clean well lit store their rewards deals are phenomenal some items especially in the food and candy aisle appear to be exorbitantly priced
