We had scheduled vaccines at this location. Our work schedule changed the day of our appointment. We called, and and they said that we could come in earlier. Although there was only one pharmacist and only one technician, we were able to get the vaccines without too much of a wait. Although both the pharmacist and technician were obviously overworked, they were helpful and courteous. The store was clean and bright, as well as well laid out and organized. The clerks in the front of the store were also helpful and courteous as we checked out.

Ron, is extremely rude and obviously not all there. I'm flabbergasted he's in management, let alone employed. Horrible!

CVS pharmacy is clean well lit store their rewards deals are phenomenal some items especially in the food and candy aisle appear to be exorbitantly priced

This place is a joke. While using restroom I was verbally assaulted by one of the workers for “taking too long” cause he wanted to use the restroom. Individual claimed to be the store manager when he wasn’t. Spoke to store manager and she was also very rude. Mind you, I have a stomach disease, urgently needing to use the restroom I used it. I was in the process of purchasing 50$ worth of store product. I declined to get any product because of the horrible customer service. This place is a joke.

How does it take more than 3 days to get a medically necessary medication filled? I just don't understand. Either get pharmacy staff or this location can get lost. I wish my prescription insurance didn't make me have to use CVS... in addition to this being the closest location for me.

Agree with the comments about the medicine availability. I was told amoxicillin wasn't available there or at any cvs in a 20 mile range.

Poor service both in the store and in the pharmacy. Waiting for someone to pick up the phone at the pharmacy for 25 min. A needed prescription we never received a call on and our doctor sent 19 days ago.When purchasing photos here they don’t print out well. Their printer jammed and cut and wrinkled 5 of my photos, they didn’t refund.

they take covid appointments, but after waiting 15 minutes they inform you that dont have staff to administer tests

The pharmacy is not the problem, it is the customers. They always feel entitled and threw such a tantrum when they have to wait 15 minutes. Everyone has worked a job, so everyone should understand how busy a job can get. It is not the CVS's fault that certain medications are on back order or out of stock. These are factors that they can not control and should not be punished for. The staff is great and very kind. Do not get upset that you, the customer, can't be respectful.

Just started using this location. So far all has been fine. Filled a couple prescriptions where I came with the prescription paperwork and waited 30 minutes. No problem at all. The store seems well stocked overall the well laid out.I like that this location is a little more spread out than others. The CVS I had been going to was a really tight layout and always had a crowd. This location has a better layout.One complaint: If you are getting a COVID test via the drive-up window, you need to be in the LEFT lane (nearest the window). The location should put a sign out so you don't waste time in line only to find out that you have to drive around the building and start over.

Ive got pictures with chunks of human feces on the floors of the bathrooms here. I returned a week later to find that it hasnt been cleaned. The pharmacy is infested with rats. The pharmacy staff is overworked!The district leader (James m) advertises pay higher than what the employees receive. The pharmacy staff assists customers with bloody tissues stuffed up their noses. There is dust EVERYWHERE! Save yourself the hassle and get your scrips filled elsewhere. This review could literally save your life...

The pharmacists are very polite but as far as getting a prescription on time… don’t hold your breathe. My daughter has been on a seizure medication for 2 years and like clock work they never have it in stock. No matter how many times I’m reassured that they will have it next time, they never do. If you have a choice take your business elsewhere.

The ladies are super nice, but when I try to get my meds I call in and they say it will be ready first thing in the morning, I go or my fiancée will go and they are like oh it will be ready at 1:30 its like why would you say or an employee say it will be ready by 830am. I mean I understand they open at 8 but I believe they should go in at 7am and start filling and have ppl start to pick up their meds.
