I've had Cricket for over 5 years. I've never had a problem and I want to let you know that all the employees are A plus.They are always smiling and answer every problem. ( There wasn't ever a problem,,,,it was me)

Hours posted on the door and online says the location closes at 7pm during the week. My wife and I pulled up at 6:53 and the sales person hurried to the back of the store and turned the lights off. All I had to do was pay my bill.

Nick is awesome and I’ve been a customer for over 10 years. I recommend Cricket to everyone. He has been helping me out since 2010 and I’m still coming back. Now I just purchased my daughter her first phone and Nick was there still! Great customer service and awesome experience per usual.

Really appreciated the help from the sales person. He was honest in helping me with my phone issue. Didnt pressure me and found a cheaper contract price that i wasn't aware of. I'll bring my business to them in the future
