Costco in Bolingbrook...what is not to like? Costco is great for providing bulk purchases at a reasonable discount and provides a nice clean environment to shop in. We're from southern Illinois but ended shopping here. Chicago is crazy expensive compared to the southern part where freedom is cherished and Costco helps ease the pain of the Chicago expensive experience.

My God do not order any appliances online with them they will make you extremely mad. They do NOT honor delivery date or delivery windows. So if you don't mind getting your order a couple of weeks late - shop at Costco.Lol what a joke!!

Beware the lot is always full and customers do not respect putting carts back and damage is caused. it must be a frequent thing at this location because they have signage stating it, see the pic's. Park at your own risk and I parked far out. Otherwise the store is clean and well maintained but on this visit to save a few bucks it cost me way, way more. If it's a busy store and it's a problem, hire an extra cart person.

I was looking for old school Ray Ban Sunglasses and has happy to find they make a Kirkland style that was exactly what I was looking for in my ideal sunglasses. Great news was that had my subscription sunglasses completed in a week!

A quick stop for food with inexpensive prices. Love the traditional menu items pizza and hot dogs. If you are in the mood for water, a water bottle from the vending machine is only $0.25. The self order kiosks with photos on the screens menu make ordering fast and easy. Once your hunger is curbed, it makes it easier to resist over purchasing! Lol.

I just recently went to this grocery store to buy groceries and also look for appliances and other household items. I did not have any problems with the groceries, and I really like how everything is nice and fresh, especially the produce, meats, and the like. I went to the store mainly because I wanted to look for a burner gas grill for some reason. I was really not going to buy it and I was just trying to check it out to see if it is available here and also if the prices are good. I was really glad how the staff helped me when I asked for it, like where it is located inside, the price, and the things about the particular burner gas grill I liked to check. After thinking and knowing the price, I ended up buying it since it is reasonable and it really seems like a great choice considering its quality and everything. It was not my intention to really buy it, but thanks to the staff who helped me, I realized that it was a great deal. I like their customer service. I did not forget to buy gas, and their prices are definitely better than anywhere I could ever think of.

This Costco has it all-a less hectic parking lot, gas station and all the crazy bulk items you need. I have to pay tolls to get here but I will gladly pay to avoid the hot mess that is the Oakbrook location! The staff here is friendly and helpful too (especially because I've come here with a baby). This location is a must-shop!

Just got back from Costco in Bolingbrook. I think that I made a new friend. Larry in housekeeping was so helpful because of course I was lost. He was super super nice and helpful!

Bought whole set of Michelins tires in May 2021 at Ft Myers Costco. Thought it was a good idea because warranty would be honored at any Costco. Warranty is pretty useless. Tire got a side puncture and they won't repair side puncture. Told them I wanted a new tire. Was told they didn't have any of those tires and would put the spare donut on!! I told them to get one from Michelin. They said they had to get one from another Costco! The closest one they could find was in San Francisco CA!! They would ship it but don't expect it before a week!! Then I have to pay the difference in price cause they're not on sale!! I only have one car. They told me I had to come back after 25 miles for a safety check on the lug nuts and I can't drive more that 50 miles on the donut!! So what am I supposed to do in the meantime?? What about work, doctor appts, grocery shopping.... Should of read the reviews on www.consumeraffairs.com before purchasing them. Never again! Buy from a reputable tire dealership.

Tanner is an absolutely terrible 'supervisor'. Came up to my boyfriend at checkout yelling with an attitude saying he's going to put a "block" on our card. Just because his mother was not in the store with us. Yes we understand the situation but the way he came about it was absolutely ridiculous, uncalled for and humiliating. Literally yelling for no reason at the register. Honestly Avoid this man if you see him in the store. Hopefully he learns how to treat people correctly. Won't be shopping here again

It's Costco...The membership prices are almost understandable to me now! I can't wait for them to return to Samples and demos...Their Rotisserie Chicken is simply the best at $4.99...Plenty of Champagne, Red and White wines all at or below regular store prices. Look for the savings stickers, Buy in bulk and save more. Prices ending in .97 are closeout, so stock up on your favorite wines when you can. Found everything I was looking for and the staff is very polite - even the free sample folks are pleasant. Bathrooms are clean, soap in dispensers and towels and blow dryer both available. Food court wasn't busy and my order came out as soon as I placed it on the kiosk. Overall good store. Every time, when I visited this place, I've been getting a great experience.Thanks to the entire staff for doing a great job during these tough times and thanks for keeping everyone safe with masks on.
