“I brought my son to get his ears pierced as a birthday present and the entire experience has been PHENOMENAL! Store Manager Lin was very informative and attentive, answering all of our questions regarding the piercing procedure and aftercare. Cassandra did the actual piercing, and she is an absolute gem with the younger crowd! She took the time to do a breathing exercise with my son to calm his nerves a bit, then he said afterwards that she was very gentle-handed and that the piercing didn't even hurt! Great experience overall, if you ever bring a young one to this store for a piercing, make sure to ask for Cassandra! 5/5 stars, would recommend!”
“Love the location of this h and m for sure. They also have great options for clothing and good deals. It may be on the smaller end but that doesn’t mean they don’t have bad options for women and men. The staff here I’ve never had an issue with and are nice. “This OUAC is well organized and clean. It always has great clearance items and so much variety. It's been a lifesaver since kids grow so fast. Very common to see new unworn clothes on the racks.”
