Absolutely terrible phone call experiences. I have been waiting for 30 minutes to speak to a customer service “specialist”. Whether I call this branch or try to call the provided number to speak with a specialist, I wait for about 10 minutes before the phone hangs up without me pressing anything.

I had a strange and complicated business banking emergency, and Theresa Hakey spent hours working it out with me and helping me get the problem solved. She was amazing and I couldn't recommend / commend highly enough.

Teresa Hakey is a godsend! My 87 year old father was having issues with his mortgage account as well as other challenges. She always made time for him. On more than one occasion, he was in her office for more than an hour. she so patiently and effectively tackled each of his issues one by one. they were not quick fixes, and it often took a couple different visits to finally resolve. I am so very grateful to Teresa for really taking the time to provide the most amazing customer experience we’ve ever experienced! The level of service we received was more like a small hometown bank than the huge entity Chase is. I highly recommend working with Teresa at Chase! she truly cares about her customers and goes far above and beyond her assigned role in the organization.

Chase is getting ridiculous l have been a customer well over 15 years and received a fee for Depositing a check through their Mobile app that was not read correctly. They stated they were unable to waive the fee because they have a new system. I have not asked for a fee to be waived before and I felt unappreciated as a longtime customer.

Natalie the teller doesn't even know their own bank policy. Added charges that I have never been charged for before because she is incompetent.
