I am very upset about how they treat my baby fur. They take care my baby for over 7 years Thank goodness only for preventions. Ginger got uterus bleeding and infection when I called and explained that this is an emergency they told me they are booked for couple days and I need to call vet home visit. Doctor Comeover and recommended emergency uterus removal. I called to my vet thinking they would be able to do emergency surgery I remember how many times I my appointment was reschedule because Dr performed emergency surgery but I was wrong they declined my fur baby claiming they are booked even that is emergency.
I was very upset
. Dr Pawlowski from home visit is amazing help me to find hospital call than schedule appointment in 2 hr my Ginger was after surgery it was life saving surgery. I my opinion this is ignorance I am not going beck to my previous vet . I am going to cancel all membership and extra charges. If your baby is health it is ok but in another case run away Agata

This is ONLY towards the practice manager, Ashley. All other staff and office is fine. I was hired as a dog trainer here in June after their last dog trainer left. I was told so many things, that later became untrue. A lot to do with helping with clients, such as a boards with picturs to promote training and helping to promote via fb, never happened. I also trained a demo dog strictly for promotion purposes, that was also never posted or promoted. There was such a horrible respect for the trainer there,lack of support, or inclusion in this company, just felt like a number. I did more here as a trainer there in my few months, then the other trainer did in 3 years, as I was told but that didn't matter, since this wasnt for helping people and their pets but about numbers and money as I was told many times by the manager... my job their hung on the line every week, if I didn't meet their numbers... even though I was constantly bringing clients in to help their dogs, i would be let go. As a trainer of 8 years my love for helping animals and their families is a top priority, obviously not here. The kicker though was, the manager told me I could work closely with the team gaining clients and I'm welcome to speak to the owners about training and gaining clients and she fired me for that exact reason. Told me clients were complaining about me promoting dog training to their sick pets. THIS IS WHAT I WAS TOLD TO DO. it's really laughable actually. The amount of criticism I got there for minut things like turning off lights rather than being said thank you or your doing a great job was insane. Ashley is very unprofessional, never around and always expecting things without holding her part of the bargain. She also told me to take my kayak to work when there was a storm and I was worried about my well being because there were flooding in my area. She is incompetent to run a vet clinic and it shows. Just saying management here is not interested in your well being, they are in it for the money. I'm just sad I couldn't tell my clients the truth about why I'm being let go, as I am sure lies will be told. Beware of this practice management.

I have been bringing my pets to Dr. Pullins for over 10 years and he is do dedicated and loving to our pets. I highly recommend this animal clinic.

Went in to buy dinner for me and my son. The ladies at the counter were so kind and made me feel so welcomed. Amanda offered such great customer service. So stopped everything to take my order with such care. Amanda even made sure to make sure I signed up for reward points. She even pointed out all the daily specials. If management is reading this please give Amanda a pay increase!

The vets here are always so thorough and truly care about my dog. The staff are always nice and everyone genuinely cares about how my dog is doing and give thorough advice and treatment on how to care for her. Love going here!

My Rottweiler has always had anxiety going to the vet until I came here! Before this vet I had to have him sedated before every visit. By the end of my first visit here my good boy was laying on his back for belly scratches!! Absolutely no sedatives needed. I highly recommend going here!!

Been taking my dogs for there Medical needs for a long time the staff and Doctors are always so friendly, and good price.I have been taking my dogs since they were 3 Months my dogs love going there , I know my dogs are in very good hands thank you so much Boughton Square Animal Clinic love you guys.god bless you guys.
