Please train more people on how to do cash advances at the bolingbrook and Romeoville location. It's only one lovely lady who knows how to do cash advances at the bolingbrooklocation on lilycash. She needs a raise, because she can do a various of things.

I went with my mom to open my first checking account and it was amazing. The inside was clean there was no trash In the parking lot. We went inside and we were greeted imediately. We were instructed to wait which only took five minutes and then I was greeted by a nice man. In very clean clothes. He called me sir and I really appreciated that because even though I am still young he treated me with the same respect as anyone else. excellent service, best bank in town. ?

Absolutely awful. No customer service, no customer loyalty, no common sense. They just lost a longtime customer and a potential client. Good job running your bank into the ground. We should have let you fail years ago!

I come here to pay bills and I'm usually in and out in like 5 minutes. There is never a line and the parking is easy to find. The people who work here are very patience and diligence in what they do. I have never seen them make a mistake.

So BMO Harris in general is awful. They closed out the checking account I get my bi-weekly paycheck deposited into for no reason at all (still couldn’t give me a reason and tried to blame me for it), the people in their call center were SO RUDE to me claiming they had no record of that account at all, then when I spoke to someone competent enough they still did nothing to help me fix it because they said since it was a Friday I had to wait until Monday to do anything since Friday isn’t a business day (?!?) even though I reported it at 6 AM on my drive to work!!! Now I am banking with a wonderful credit union, and have been trying to close my account with BMO but every single time I go to this branch the banker is “on lunch” or “on a call” and can’t help me. Listen I commute to work and the bank isn’t open before my shift and I get off at 5 and this bank closes at 5. I have gone on my own breaks and lunches to get this taken care of and every single time they tell me they’re busy. Banking with BMO has been the WORST customer service I have ever received and they are messing around with peoples money and livelihoods.

Slowest service ever
