“Nowadays, most of what we hear on social media are negative t hings happening around us. But what I want to share is a positive experience I had with one of your employees at the Bolingbrook branch. On April 20,2023,I opened a CD account at the bank. I was attended by Monica Esparza, one of your sales representative. I handed her my envelope of cash and check to open my account. She went out of the office we were in to count the money and deposit the check. When she came back she informed me that I have given her $500 more than what I stated and what I wanted to do with it. I told her to put it back on my checking account. I was so impressed by her honesty and and I know she could have not divulge about the error which my husband admitted he was so in a hurry when he counted and handed me the money. You have a very honest employee and I want you to know that and how grateful I am of her honesty and integrity.. More power to you and I am a happy and grateful customer of your bank.”

“I went with my mom to open my first checking account and it was amazing. The inside was clean there was no trash In the parking lot. We went inside and we were greeted imediately. We were instructed to wait which only took five minutes and then I was greeted by a nice man. In very clean clothes. He called me sir and I really appreciated that because even though I am still young he treated me with the same respect as anyone else. excellent service, best bank in town. ?”
“I am surprised at the negative ratings for US Bank in Bolingbrook. We have banked there for as long as I can remember, at least 30+ years. So we can only speak about our experience. We had one bad experience with the ATM. Only one negative in all those years, is pretty good in an imperfect world. The Tellers have always been helpful, professional and thorough. US Bank is excellent place to bank, if you ask us.”
