Well it looks like I'm not the only one with an issue with this location. The female manager with blonde hair is the most absolute rude and extremely DISRESPECTFUL person I have experienced since I have been with BofA. Having moved across country and being in customer service myself for over 20 years concerns me. Just BECAUSE OF HER. It might be a good idea to go back to chase. Or maybe she needs to work remotely because she is clearly bringing her issues at home to work with her. And I dare her to overlook this review. I will be calling corporate to let them know they need someone with a better grip on life to handle thisLocation.

This place needs to hire better staff, with more experience. Especially considering that they just closed the veterans location. Half the time I know more than them and I have to do the explaining. Very inconvenient location.

The worst customer service I’ve got. I’m on leave from the military and can’t get an online appointment and the Branch can’t make any exceptions. Kids always remember to support the local credit unions.

Unfriendly staff. Just went in for a quick service on my account and had to wait for 15 mins in Cashier line they couldn’t help me and ask me to wait for a banker. No banker was available and waited for 15 mins and a banker came and asked if I have checked in and it will be a 30 min wait. Waste of time for a wealth management client.
