I went there twice to cancel an account but they couldn't help extremely rude customer service Pamela. Now I will be closing my credit card from that bank......HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

The worst customer.I was trying to cash my check and it took 20 minutes. I don't get their setup why would you have a box in the middle of the place and just one person in box
