This is the worst place that I've ever brought our vehicles there. You ask him what's the damages on the vehicle? Hihama beats around the Bush. He keeps your car for weeks at a time and tells my husband as a customer that we're not allowed. In that place, this place is a joke.Go find yourself some place else

I made the mistake of initiating a request for an appointment via the main website. I requested appointments for Saturdays (by the way, their hours say that they are open on Saturdays on Yelp, Auto Tech, Chamber of Commerce... you name it. How they came up with that decision, I have no idea, but I can tell you that they were my last resort. They (Auto Tech) come highly rated and that's great if you can actually come in when you are not working. We are a couple and we don't have time to do all of that during the week. Saturday's are our go to.Actually, I can think of a possible reason that I believe doesn't fly anymore. Covid-19. That is one of the excuses that I am hearing from businesses; "Well, thanks to Covid, we cut our hours and are no longer open on weekends. This is really sad since you could be making money hand over fist. I believe that it is possible to be open on Saturday. Hire at least one pro that is willing to do the work and would be off one or two days during the week.You could be one of the few that is willing to help out those that can't afford to take time off to get things done.Dear Auto Tech, please rise to the challenge and live up to your promises to be open on Saturdays.

A misfire led to detecting a very early leak in the head gasket. These guys did hours of research & testing to find after hours of testing. Thank Auto Tech for all you did! I truly appreciate everything.

Dave is an honest man. He’s very busy but worth the wait because you can trust his word and his work. He spent a lot of time working on sourcing parts for me just to save me some money. He explains things thoroughly and you don’t have to question it. Went to Firestone across the street and had complete opposite experience, so go here not there!

Where do I begin geez , These guys are clowns , especially the one in the main office (Dave ) , that guy will talk an repeat himself 1,000 times , that place would be a lot better if it wasn't for that guy ( Dave ) , save your self some aggravation an headache . Plenty of places besides these guys , you will return an won't be happy with outcome if you decide to do so !! I have a list of things not to return ever , these guys willTake your money , steal from you ... I can go all day , take my advice !!! These guys hire non stop auto mechanics , nobody wants to work for them . Take a look at the yard , who runs a shop an has a ton of cars just sitting there , trust me these people are clowns , stay away really far from these clowns . Dave is there for a reason , guy will sell you a car right out of auto tech if he could . Brian hides in the back all time , he will have Dave the speaker tell you what you want to hear .... Just remember it's not all that great when you return serval times over there frustrations an can not get it right the first time .
