Brian was so incredibly helpful. He patiently tested my water, found the issue, and gave me advice that saved my beloved fish. And there was zero charge for all of that - theyre happy to help you with their expertise for free bc they also love the hobby. Pic of the lil clown fish (~2.5") he saved
