“If you have a plumbing problem ask for Jeff. Had a simple problem (loose shower handle) but had trouble replacing it because it was off-brand and I am new to the house. Jeff guessed a replacement handle that would work, and if it didn't work, explained the bigger project of replacing the whole shower assembly. If I needed to go back I would definitely ask for him again.”

“I recently brought my Professional Supersonic in for a health check, and I was impressed with the service. The technician, Josh, was excellent and completed the check in about 20 minutes while I waited. My only concern was the noise level; it was difficult to hear Josh due to loud banging and shouting from the adjacent business. Overall, I appreciate the quick and efficient service.”
