Been a while since I've been here, different owners. Nice people and the main thing is they have what I need, and they bailed me out of a jam again. I'd be here all the time if I lived a little closer, I can always count on this place though, and will continue to patronize them. Its a good place, good people, do stop here. Pretty good odds they'll have what you need and at a competitive price.

I needed a wire harness for my icemaker, I tried finding it thru the manufacturer, and other parts places with no help what so ever!!!! I googled Amana refrigerator parts near me, and this amazingly helpful and knowledgeable shop came up!!! They didn't have the part but they found it and ordered it for me and had it in a short 2 days!!!!!! If you need parts for an appliance do your self a favor and check this little diamond out you won't be sorry!!!

Karen was phenomenal. Great example of family owned business with personal touch. My Furnace went down on Friday with servicing company not being able to show up till Monday. Came in with two suspect parts. She explained me the symptoms and diagnosed the problem for me. Went home and swapped the ignitor per her instructions. Working great now. Thanks for being there for us. #CustomerForLife

Went here for an oven ignitor. Very nice and people. They tested my old part before selling me a new one. I will be back for ALL my parts. It's nice to find a local business willing to help.

After trying twice, to get the part to repair my oven from Amazon, only to receive it broken both times, I googled and found this retailer. They are fantastic, no need to order, as they have a huge inventory. Got the part, came home and had it installed all within a couple of hours of getting to this business. I am needing a part for my dishwasher, so will be heading back soon. Highly recommend them.

I need it a flame sensor for my furnace…could not find it no were… I was referred by a friend about APS… Karen was able to find it n walk out of the store with my part… now we have heat in the house….. thank you very much Karen for your help.

Walked in, gave them the part and part number and I was out of the store within 1 minute! They were friendly and helpful! I will be going back in the near future ! Been back and the service is still great with all of the parts I need!

I was looking to replace a couple of range hood filters. They were so old and dirty we could not locate a part number. Rather than custom order and bare the expense, the kind staff gave me a cleaning suggestion. It worked beautifully!! Thank you for the tip and for not taking advantage of me. I highly recommend your store and services.
