I had a flat passenger front tire. Due to the use of my spare tire, I needed to have my tire repaired. I had then have it replaced and put the spare back in the trunk so it could close. Samantha was able to have it ready for me to have it placed on the car and the spare in the trunk before the weather changed into a severe snowstorm. She made sure it was done and I was safe for drive home. Thanks for the superior service team, who cares for their customers as if they were family.

I had a great experience at Advantage Chevrolet in Bolingbrook leasing a 24 Chevy Blazer EV. It's my first EV and Juan Jacome was very helpful and knowledgable. I never felt uneasy throughout the whole process like at other dealerships. He made this experience very enjoyable. Highly recommend!

It's been well over a decade since I've bought from a dealership and I was a little apprehensive going in due to previous experiences. Well, there was no need to worry. The team did an amazing job all the way through. Gary and Barry were down to earth and personable which made the overall experience extremely easy.

Everyone in the service department was so friendly and attentive. Service was completed quickly. Greatly appreciated! My mechanic even came out to talk to me and make a suggestion about the drive mode I was using in my truck. You don’t get that level of care at most dealerships. Thanks!

I went in to look at a vehicle I had in mind. Tom greeted me and I liked that he was very low key, professional and he was more interested in my needs rather than telling me what I should get. He was definitely easy to work with and worked hard at meeting my needs. Tom is a down to earth guy with a lot of knowledge. I love the vehicle I picked and want to keep it forever but if I don't I will be trading it in at this dealership or where ever Tom works. I did not feel like I was dealing with a "car salesman" ha ha! My customer service is more important than the actual buying of the car. This post is from July 2022.

I explained the headaches we had with some of the other local Chevy dealerships and Gary Summers listened to us and addressed our concerns. He is very knowledgeable, and didn't pressure us at all!
