Went to this gas station to buy a wall plug to charge my phone didn't even get to use it when it broke in my hands. The plug piece came off. I called the associate 30 minutes after I bought it to let him know that It broke and I'd be back in to get my money back and he refused to refund me. I paid $18 for this charging port. They're making a profit and such a scam. They probably get these chargers for two dollars apiece and they're charging people three times the amount of what it actually is worth and it doesn't even work.. Never again will I go back to this gas station.

Went here around 7PM, cashier tried to scam me, I bought 4 packs of cigarettes and a beverage, he tried to sneak in a $10 crossword lottery ticket for himself and thought that I would not notice and played dumb when I called him out. Be very careful that you don't get scammed when shopping here.

DO NOT COME HERE. WORKER ADMITTED THEY DONT CHANGE THE FLAVORS BECAUSE NO ONE BUYS BUT ALLOWED ME TO BUY. TOLD ME ITS MY LOSS. AND TO CHOOSE A DIFFERENT ONE. WHY WOULD I CHOOSE A DIFFERENT FLAVOR AFTER IT WAS ADMITTED THE FLAVOR IS BAD?? ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.

I don't think I've ever seen a worse bathroom in my life. The door doesn't lockand I felt like I even had to sanitize my shoes. I'm actually at a loss for words at how bad the rest of the store is.

I was in line and the cashier started serving the guy who was in line behind me before he finished serving me. That was disrespectful so I left without paying for the slurpee I was drinking on. If you want to do business like that I'm just gonna walk out without paying everytime. Keep on serving the guy behind me before you serve me. The guy in line behind me gets out the store a minute before I do. I will return disrespect. Thanks for the free slurpee. I'm supposed to be on my way out the store before you even think about serving the customer behind me. I explained to the cashier why I walked out and he still doesn't understand why I walked out. Go back to school. I've never seen that before, this is the last time I do business in Bolingbrook

8.28.22 at 9:50am. Idk why your employees think it's ok to be talking on the headset while taking care of customers. Twice I thought he was talking to me and I responded with "sorry, what was that?" He had the nerve to wave me off to tell me shush cause he's on the phone. As if I was an inconvenience to him.

People there are rude, unsanitary, and have no sense of customer service. I used to work there and I was the only one who cleaned the coffee pots and machines on top of the slurpee and big gulp machines and since I quit they haven't cleaned em there's legitimately moldy in all of those places, they turn off the freezer sometimes to stock it and i got spoiled milk from them without a refund, they won't let you use their phones, they keep the same hot food from 6am up until 11pm and when serving don't use gloves. I can go on but honestly had no hard feelings when I quit but as a customer best of luck

Every time lately PAST 3 MONTHS IF YOU COME TO THIS PLACE AT 2 A.M. YOU CANT BUY NOTHING guy is mopping floor won't let you in I understand cleanliness and keeping place up to par but it's so consistent come out of the bars in the local area want to grab a snack spend my money and just inconvenient as hell they probably lost on about 100 dollars in last month and that's just me. Maybe mop the floor at like 4 a.m or something plz. just going to stop going to this place period if this keeps up
