I have been bringing my car to William since he has opened his business. I appreciate his professional and honest approach with his work. If he do not know what's wrong he will tell you,but he will most definitely find out. I would not let anyone else work on my cars unless it's still under warranty. Great integrity.

I wished I would have read the reviews before taking my Jeep Patriot to Williams Automotive. The staff there, Alan was very nice. William, the owner appeared very professional and nice when I first met him. I took my truck in for new brake pads and drums. I called back after not receiving a call that the car was ready. When I arrived to pickup my car, it had been completed and parked on the street unbeknownst to me. When staff pulled around in my truck, it had been hit and damaged on the bumper while parked. I had to go make a police report myself with no concern and/or assistance. After being told the owner would call me, he never did, when I called back and reached him, he basically told me I was on my own for my car to be repaired since it was not on his lot even though I had no knowledge it was parked on the street after leaving it in their care. I ended up paying a deductible and filing a claim through my insurance. William, was extremely annoyed when I pointed out that even if he felt no legal obligation that a moral obligation should cause him to offer some type of assistance in that the car was left in his care and that it unbeknownst to me, was parked on the street. In summary, I ended up paying to repair my car with William Automotive and then paying a $500 deductible with my insurance for their negligence. The quality of work appears to be ok but still causes me to be skeptical after the whole interaction. My husband and I are senior citizens and this whole experience has been quite traumatic and disappointing. Buyer beware when supporting this community based business.

I had a great experience with Williams Automotive. I had some issues with my check engine light and a few other issues. I think Will gave a pretty honest opinion on what could be done and got the things needed to be done fixed. I haven’t taken my emission test yet but I’m pleased with his the work done, his professionalism and how persistent he was with communication. Which is a major plus for me. I’d definitely recommend and would be a returning customer if I have any further issues. I can’t say that about a lot of places I been to so that’s a big deal for meServices: Oil change
