We decided to go to them because of the good Google reviews but unfortunately we didn’t get the same experience. We dropped our car off on 7/8 after making an appointment two weeks prior. The car would shake at high speeds with a number of lights that came on (check engine, abs, and another) we were quoted $995 for the repair of two coils and all spark plugs and an oil change. Our car was not complete until august after calling for an update. When we finally got an update we were told they it would take more time to figure out the ABS light (at this point they’ve had our car for a month) we were going out of town for two weeks and Dennis said he’d text with an update. We never received any text with an update and I called as soon as we returned to see what was going as of 8/22 they still didn’t know why the ABS light was on and hadn’t completed the oil change and told me I’d have to wait until the afternoon to pick up the car. I picked up my car that afternoon and paid $995 less than two weeks later our car started back shaking at higher speeds and I called back and spoke with Dennis again who said bring the car back and he would get back to me within a day or two. After dropping the car off I didn’t hear anything back until I called a week later for an update. Dennis said they didn’t know what was wrong and the only thing they could do was change the other two coil packs for an additional $1100. So after paying $1k and 2 months my car is still not fixed. In a time when money is tight this is not something we needed at the moment and we feel completely scammed. I honestly would avoid at all cost. They don’t offer a warranty on their work and that should’ve been the first red flag. Go somewhere else where they can actually fix your car and if there’s a problem they can guarantee their work. This was a terrible experience and we’re still without a car because of them!Services: Electrical

The magic man! Ridge Auto Service fixed an issue that 4 mechanics have failed to address on my vehicle. If I could give 10 stars I would- fair prices, QUALITY service, one of the best experiences I have had at a mechanic.
