It was my first time canceling and could not make the expectation one time and waive $50 dollars. Especially I called as soon as they open and being single of mother of 3 is hard enough as it’s. They rather lose 4 patients instead of saying is your first time canceling as courtesy we waive the $50 one time only and the next time you cancel we will need to charge and let’s reschedule you . Not the response at all .

Thank goodness I found Meyer eye care. I was experiencing symptoms that looked like pink eye / conjunctivitis. And because it was on the weekend I went to an urgent care center. This urgent care center was within the healthcare network that was part of my plan and I had years of history with them, so I wasn't just some random patient off the street. They prescribed something that was supposed to work within 5 to 7 days. After 11 days I still had the same symptoms, in fact they were more severe, and when I called them all they said was well, we prescribed the right thing so there's nothing we can do. It was clear they didn't care about me or trying to help me. You would think that since I was an established patient within their network they might actually care, but that was not the case. So I decided to go to an eye care professional.. and that was Meyer eye care. As soon as I saw Dr Jill I felt like she was going to take really great care of me and she did. She said that my symptoms should have resolved after a few days and upon examining my she determinded that I was actually allergic to the medication that the Urgent Care Center had prescribed. So she told me to stop taking that medication, and she prescribed me some things that helped me greatly in terms of my symptoms within a day and a half. It is now day three on the new medication and things are going well. She scheduled me for a follow up a few days after my initial visit which is tommorrow. I am so very happy with the service I received from not only Dr Jill but from the front desk staff at Meyer eye care who were kind and couteous. I would highly recommend them. Oh also, it is a lovely facilty.

Dr. Ingeles answers every question you have. I have been her patient for 20+ years and have not been disappointed. Marcia helped me pick out my glasses. She was extremely patient and picked out 20 pair she thought would look best on me.

I had a very nice experience visiting Meyer Eyecare , everyone was sooooo nice and pleasant.. They made sure I was comfortable with each exam.. They took there time and answered my questions… and with all that said I was able to order some stylish eyewear

Dr. Ingels is the best. She is concerned competent, efficient knows her profession. I would recommend her to others in a heartbeat ? To add to all that Great personality. What more could you ask for.

A little hole in the wall that I came across last minute. However needing more appointments th doctor's have decided that anyone with medicaid can't be seen after 2:30pm. As if we don't also have jobs and kids are in school. How dare they do something like this. So inconvenient and down right wrong.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! I just went in with the temples of my glasses bent so far down i just knew I’d have to get them replaced. He fixed them in 5 min!! And anytime i just need to get them tightened i always come here, no appointment and no cost!! The employees are awesome and always give me the best customer experience!

Good doctors. Family was all going here and my wife convinced me to come here, I was excited to give it a shot. Went all out on a new pair of glasses, even got the insurance on the lenses and some of the upgrades. Paid way more than I’m used to, but the experience made me feel like I was getting a good quality product with support. Wore them maybe a few weeks on and off for a couple months, then accidentally sat on them and sheered off a screw holding the left lens. Brought them in and they took care of the screw at no charge. Good so far, then the first time I wore them after getting them back, I was on my bike and the right lens popped off without me knowing. (Not the lens that the screw broke on). Had my wife bring them in and they wouldn’t cover the lens even with the insurance but they offered to replace the left one through the insurance that had a tiny scratch on it from when I sat on it, and wanted to charge me $230 for a new replacement right lens. I have nothing nice to say about how it was handled or about what a lousy product it was for the amount of money I paid. I refuse to give any more money for what I already paid for, for a product that isn’t backed up by who it’s being sold by or backed up by the insurance they offer. Was it not fixed properly when I brought it in for repair which led to its loss? How is it my fault when I’m wearing the product properly and a lens falls out on a normal bike ride, and if I bought a new lens, who’s to say it won’t happen again? In my opinion, Meyer needed to back up their product and service, but instead blew it off. Worst investment I ever made.

I've been going to Meyer Eyecare for many years with never an issue. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. However, this last visit was a disaster. Dr Ingeles incorrectly put in my prescription for my 2 pairs of glasses. Ater waiting for 3 weeks I received one pair only to find out I couldn't see out of them. I waited a total of 10 weeks to receive my glasses. In the meantime I received a bill. Imagine my surprise. At this point Meyer Eyecare has lost all credibility with me. I hope in the future they can get their act together.

Our eyeballs are in great shape, thanks to Dr. Jill Ingels and awesome staff. Dr. Jill. Amanda, Anthony, Marsha, Elizabeth, and all! She REALLY CARES. SHE IS NOT JUST OUT FOR THE PROFITA. Noone can fake that well. She is intelligent, beautiful, understanding and caring! All in one! We are so grateful for our Dr. Jill Ingelse.
