Prices have increased every six months and not just a small increase but huge increase. Lorelei is absolutely amazing at working with the customer, always pleasant and honest but other than that, this agency sucks and I'm currently looking for another insurance company as this is written. I'm charged for car insurance as if I was a new driver. Absolutely ridiculous pricing nearly $200 monthly, insane!

Customer Service is horrible with this agent.I called and emailed Frank regarding my policies .He never responded but was quick to take my money out of my bank account after I had canceled my policies. I do not recommend coming here for insurance.

Mr. Wilkins obtained my account after my original agent passed. I truly miss my original agent, he was the reason I chose to do business with Allstate. I felt valuable and respected, I do not feel the same with Mr. Wilkins. When I called the agency to introduce myself to him I felt as an I (female, original policy holder since 2005) was intruding on his time and was quickly pawned off to 1 of the ladies in his office. The lovely ladies are very helpful and responsive. Since then with multiple policies purchased, his communications are addressed to my husband only. I am currently shopping for a new agent or insurance companies.
