Terrible wait time. Only two workers. 2 attending front while busy, then leave to drop off at port then leaves one individual. Way to long to come in and purchase one item.

Few weeks ago a BRAND new RHEEM broke down at my parents house. The first one (new one) had to be fixed twice, eventually broke down after 3 weeks.Before we realized that AC was broken, we heard a buzzing sound in the basement next to the wall where AC was. A breaker box is also located on that wall.Not even thinking that the brand new AC could be the cause, we called an electrician to examine breaker box. He informed us that it is the AC that’s malfunctioning, and charged my parents $180.00 for the visit.We are shocked at the poor quality of RHEEM products. Two new units in a span of three weeks.The replacement RHEEM AC is loud, just as the first one was until tech fixed the blades on it. We called tech but I this he's tired of fixing these over and over. So now we have a SECOND BRAND new unit of poor quality.I contacted FERGUSON Service Rep (Thomas J.)via email. Didn't even bother to respond. I contacted FERGUSON via their website. No response. This company is a joke, and products they sell are subpar.
