“We were using them through an insurance claim through Allstate. Service was superb and all of our questions were answered. I didn't have a problem with the timeliness of our repair because I have dealt with the repair of this car before and it was almost a month. They let us know what was going on because unfortunately it was a little more than what the initial estimate was going to be. However they took care of everything and the car look brand new. The door had to be replaced and it looked like it had always been there. When we picked up the car the young man showed us everything that was done to it. I would definitely choose this location in Blue Island if I had to do another repair, which I hope I don't.”

“I needed a wheel. I used a nationwide search site. There were 2 in my area. Theirs was about 1/2 the price. I called to make sure they had it since I was driving 30 miles through traffic to get there. He assured me he had it and advised me it had curb rash on it which is why it's discounted. It still has the TPMS sensor still in it. I appreciated the honesty. He even gave me $10 for my old cracked rim. Put a new tire on the wheel and it is riding great”

“The people who work there are pleasant but it sure would be nice to get carts that actually roll and not have all broken flat tire carts or ones that are missing handles. Be sure to bring your own cart if you want something that isn't banged up and you have to drag it up and down the aisles”
