Wonderful and fast service!! My boyfriend gifted me a bracelet that was a little too big. Kevin was able to get it sized perfectly in an extremely timely manner and great to work with!! Highly recommend!

I just wanted to give these guys a shout out for fixing my glasses for me. I went in after Bard Optical told me they would be unable to fix my glasses and recommended a Jeweler because they could weld it. Decided to stop by Hustedt Jewelers and sure enough they where able to help me out. They not only fixed my glasses but where able to do so same day.

Went here for a custom Men’s wedding band. we brought our own diamonds set in a bracelet and an inspiration picture for what we wanted. Nathan explained their process to me and made me feel comfortable and confident that they would do it well. Brought my fiancé in at a later date to talk through making our diamonds work with the design we wanted and we got to meet directly with Kevin the owner and Goldsmith who would actually make the ring, he made great suggestions and took our vision and made it come to life. he popped the diamonds out of our bracelet and used those to make the ring. said it would take 6-8 weeks and it only took 4!! the whole office had greatcommunication, we’re kind, friendly, and very personable. i would definitely go there for any jewelry needs, custom or off the shelf!!

I have been a customer of Hustedt Jewelers for several years. We worked with Chris Farris on designing and custom making my wedding set. She was very patient and helpful throughout the whole process. I visit the Bloomington store whenever I’m in town to get my ring cleaned and have an occasional visit with Chris. Couldn’t be happier with my service and would recommend this jeweler to anyone. One of the rare places and possibly the only place locally that has a watchmaker willing to work on old Timex watches. He overhauled the movement on my late grandfather's Timex from either the 60s or 70s that had stopped working and polished the case. Now I wind it up and wear it here and there to work and it runs great! Highly recommend their services!

Where do I begin on Mother’s Day I noticed my wedding ring was broken, just another heartache I had to bear, as months before I had just lost my husband. So Tuesday morning I took a drive to the jewelry store to see if they could fix it, after inspection of my ring not only was the band cracked but the prongs were wearing down, but he insured me they would make it look like new again, they also took my husband wedding band and sized it to fit my finger, felt like a life time but I finally received them today and I couldn’t be more happier, and proudly wearing both of them, and I feel like he is with me again. Thank you for an amazing job.

I had no plans of getting anything until last minute for a special lady that I had met. This was all last minute and the guys here did an amazing job of getting my item in on short notice. Customer service 10/10, store 10/10, I’d say if you need something this is the place to get it! I will definitely be returning for future items hands down! Can’t go wrong here!
