I called and asked for a simple quote for a brake pads replacement mind you I’ve spent thousands with this company over the years but he started to assume I would complain about rotors so I advised him my rotors don’t need replaced just pads as they literally where just replaced according to owners manual less than 20k miles ago. He got frustrated told me “I don’t give AF what your owners manual states” like really? Go someplace else they only want to price gouge their loyal customers business must be down. Sad to see another American business lose integrity due to the times

Randomly limped my car here on a Monday morning when the engine light came on between Chicago and Peoria. Chris and Eric were incredibly gracious and made time in their already busy schedule to check it out, door dash a part and get me back on the road within the hour. So very grateful!! Amazing people.

Honest and reasonable prices! My dad was a mechanic, so whenever something is wrong with my car I get anxious and emotional because he isn't here to help. Chris and his team ease my mind! Not only are they good at what they do, but they are kind and funny too!

I was referred to Walden Automotive by a friend of mine. He spoke very highly of them. So I called and made an appointment.The next day I took my car in and spoke with the owner, Chris Walden.He listened as I babbled on about what I was thinking was broke. He understood my concerns and was patient listening.So, less than 24 hours later, I was driving away in my repaired car.Chris and his guys were very friendly and did a great job. I had a really positive experience with them. No question.I will bring my cars to Walden Automotive for servicing again.
