I'm 63 and was brought up in the old school, so this obviously 'woke' bank is the perfectly WRONG place for me. Their fees and penalties are among the highest around, and their lack of respect for elderly customers is glaring. I guess they don't know or don't care, that people over age 50 make up over 70% of all depositors in America's banks.

Terrirbly slow service, one teller window open on a Friday and over 40 min wait time..... Glad I left HerE for PNC ? You'd be better off tying your money to a pigeons leg and telling him to fly to the headquarters..

Everytime I come to cash my check it take over 30 plus minutes. I’m usually the only person here as well while all the staff sit inside talking. Not acceptable. will never recommend this bank to anybody.

Opened up an account and with in two weeks someone had charged $56.38 to my card that I never had used if I was not watching the account I would have been stuck with it the bank tried it blame me for the problem with using the card and using the phone app I never did either sad bank and criminal employee

I have only interacted with this branch twice thus far. Both times the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me and ensure that my needs were met. Special shout out to Sarah K. who was very understanding and flexible with me in trying to complete a wire transfer without being able to enter the building when I had covid. I am impressed and will continue banking at this branch!

New feedback 1/27/2022:I just changed my rating to a 5. Yesterday I went in to the branch for a signature guarantee. The manager was very helpful, even printing forms for me from another entity, and looking up addresses for me.Last year I went into the branch to sign up for a checking account with my son. The person who signed us up was very helpful, and read me well in that mostly I just wanted the account set up and did not want any sales pitches. She answered our questions and was very efficient. Other banks I have gone to took two to three times as long to start an account and continued making one sales pitch after another.Last year I had an issue with not getting confirmation texts to my phone from US Bank. The support desk at US Bank was not able to solve my problem, so I called the branch and the manager and one of his workers were very professional and understanding and took their valuable time to help me out.New feedback 10/30/2020: I called your local phone number and it is difficult to get past your phone tree to get to a rep. I have to listen to all of your "press this for this" messages and finally you say "press 3 to speak with a representative at this branch". So I press 3 and nobody answers. I get voice mail saying we will get back with you within the next business day. I would expect a bank would have better service than this.My reply to your reply: I don't want to discuss my concerns further. Please just take my feedback and fix the issues. Also, please get more tellers so I don't have to wait so long in line.Wow, how inconvenient! US Bank decides to buy State Farm Bank. Wow, how inconvenient! US Bank decides to buy State Farm Bank. I would have hoped that US Bank would have done everything possible to make the transition easy. However, I call the special helpline they set up to answer questions about the transition, and I get the message "We are closed now, please call back during normal business hours". That is very convenient -- for them! What a way to start a relationship with a new customer. When a bank buys out another bank, they always say it is great for the consumer. Well, mostly it is not and this is an example.
