Had to have a radiator replaced and they've been nothing but nice and helpful and patient, especially when we were trying to get insurance stuff figured out, they also shared some of their pizza they got from next door

They're friendly and when I had an issue they were prompt to address it. I thought the price for 2 spark plugs, coils and diag was fairly high. Ultimately, they weren't able to accommodate my needs but did refer me to someone who could.

Tuffy has always given me great service and always are open and honest about the problems. I have never felt treated differently because I am a woman. Love them
