Steve is very unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. Switched to him within the last 6 months and had nothing but problems. I had to consult 2 different office to get my problem fixed because the only thing Steve cared about was interrupting me when I was trying to explain the problem I was having and being little to no help at all solving my problem.
Do NOT recommend this office.

The receptionist blind-transferred me to someone after I called and requested to add someone to my policy. This was after she asked for my name and told me she was looking me up. Why lie to me for no reason? Why waste my time?
