Been a customer for right at 40 years never made any significant claims until recently. I have never been so disappointed in the service outside the local agent as i am now. They way we are being treated is at a level of neglect and yet they will be at my door demandi g their outlandish monthly payment

Always a good time at corporate south when I have work in the office days. I have to admit; I like this working from home. But there is nothing like going into the office to visit with co-workers.

Beautiful, well-maintained campus. The campus on Corporate South spans over several city blocks, with a lake curving along the eastern side of the buildings. Flocks of geese and ducks live on campus as well. The dog-friendly walkways along the water are a highlight; connecting around the back of the lake between a thicket of landscaped trees. State Farm is of the pillars of central Illinois employment, and for good reason. A great company to work for.

Unbelievably just awful customer service. They changed my direct deposit to some bank I don’t even bank at. They: “can’t do anything about it.”I finally spoke with a Supervisor in a totally WRONG department, who was the only one who would offer to help me. (After four phone calls into the ‘Health Response Center’.) I know nothing as the one rep who would help me is trying to work on the issue. This is my monthly income and they are just giving it to someone else with a Wells Fargo account. I don’t bank at Wells Fargo. Serious deficiencies are present with this company. And, I fear, no one will be able to force them to correct mistakes and it’s up to the “Health Response Center Gods” as to whether you get help or not. Honestly, I could work circles around these people. Why does no one want to do their job anymore? I don’t get it, they just hang up on you when the call gets too tough. These are problems THEY caused, not mistakes made by me. I already do the job of several State Farm employees on a regular basis. But, unfortunately, I can’t fix this problem. And, so far, neither can they. Enjoy the free money Wells Fargo account holder.

Record every phone call you make and have with them. I was getting setup for a rental. While I was on the phone with the state farm claims person, I got a call from the car rental facility of my choice. I did not hang up with the state farm rep. When I got done talking to the rental car facility, I hopped back on the other line and told the state farm rep that the facility would not have a vehicle for me until 3 days later. So I get a courtesy call from the car rental facility today advising that I was no longer covered under covered by state farm. So I call my local state farm office. They fight tooth and nail to try to help me... But nonetheless, state farm claims just said "screw off" and that I should have told them it was going to be a few days before I could get a car. I did tell them that. I told the guy that I put on hold to talk to the rental car facility. That phone call was received almost less than 1 minute after the state farm rep made the reservation for me. On top of that, there was 4+ days of no communication as to what the next step was after I surrendered my vehicle. I had to call and ask about my claims check before they did anything. They even told me that they received it a few days ago. With that, I HIGHLY recommend recording every phone call, text message, and email with state farm claims department.Absolutely nothing but horrible service from the time that I took my vehicle in to be assessed by the body shop.

My Mother just got dropped after submitting a claim for roof damage from storms. She has paid State Farm for 65 years and has never been late and this is how they treat loyal customers!!! Why pay for insurance if you can't use it for emergencies what good is it in having insurance?!!!!!State Farm you are a HORRIBLE company (SCAMMERS)!!!!!!!!!

State Farm Inshurcance Company Owner my Grandpa owned a million acers farm land and he donated Church Gyms and Finaced Nicollete MN Church member gave my Step Grandma 8 Million and my Mom receved and 10 Million State Farm Life Inshurance Policy my Dad says Im a beficiary and Sate Farm said they would start a Frud investigation and never did becuse State Farm does everything over the Phone Nothing in Writing. My Grandpa Closed State Farm was beside Mankato only Strip Club then My School Cooks Daughter Gina Dooring maried cristian Rock Band Army Solder purchase a house then Nicollete Strip Club move next door. I build many Court House Jail elivators with carpenters that go to Strip Club everyday Billlman Contruction owned Duluth MN Strip Clubs and Billiman lived beside Sadra Morgan gets called when foreign exchange students get arrested and she drop many kids off at Mcdonolds and had a humburger Logo Car Antena Cover

I am in shock today. My cousin who jointly owns a home with her now ex-husband has been thrown on the street by State Farm after the home was damaged by a hot water pipe explosion. This is in Georgia. She and two small boys lived in the house as per the Court order while the house is to be sold and equally divided. As part of the divorce, he should continue paying the mortgage while she is responsible for its upkeep. The title is in both names. State Farm found a place for her and the boys to live, then this morning July 28th, after the ex-husband went to the local office where he has friends they canceled her place, telling her she has no claim and now she and her boys are on the street. This woman paid her deposit for her home and like most couples the bill was split in the house. Her name is on the DEED. what gives State Farm the right to tell her she has no claim to her home? The court ruled that the house belongs to both, but that with the exception of a coach and some gym equipment he owned nothing else in the house. Now State Farm tells her she owns nothing and she has no claim. How heartless and cruel can people be? This cannot be legal, I would not recommend State Farm, and certainly not the office in McDunnough County in Georgia. I hope someone from the head Office will see this and PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

Statefarm is trash I been with them for over 10 years. I have an accident on June 9 the liable party didn't have enough coverage so I had to file with my insurance company and dealing with Statefarm has been an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE.... Contacted them on 7/7 and to date 7/26 I still don't have an estimate on my vehicle.. yet they are quick to talk about my rental limits and the fact that I have until 8/3...... this is a freaking joke..... insurance is a big scam and Statefarm is a horrible company....

Claim representatives are uneducated, can't answer questions. On hold for two days over 1 hr 30 minutes. Then a rep put me on hold for 38 minutes never returning. The claim has been open since 02/28/23 with no movement or settlement. They keep waiting for a part on international back order and out of pocket rental car is over $3,000. Tori Fox

State Farm must pay ppl for good reviews. In March my 41' carport was picked up by 120 mph winds. It slammed into my son and DIL home. My carport claim was handled by a gentleman in Texas. Handled quickly. My kids still have a tarp on their roof. My steel carport slammed into their house. Took out gutters, siding. The trusses under the corner of the roof. Roofing, etc. The adjuster that came out said their deductible was more than repairs. I was here when he came. He didn't go inside to the attic. No way all this can be repaired under $3000 Maybe the CEO could give up his annual income of $28 million. Just a thought. Between me, my Yson and DIL , we have 5 vehicles. Their home, my travel trailer and carport. 2 boats plus trailers. My son has a side by side and 2 trailers for hauling.That's alot of premiums. My son's 40. Been with State Farm since he was 16. I've been with them over 20 years.As soon as their claim is settled WE WILL BE CHANGING COMPANIES!!. OH, I'm 64 never had a claim or ticket until my carport claim. My premium JUST WENT UP!!!My advice STATE FARM IS NOT THERE!! ANYMOREGREED
