I Will never use this company ever again!!! I traded my truck in for a new one, it took them 1 1/2 hours to get insurance transferred over the phone... (which never happened). I traded the truck in December of 2023 and they finally took it off in March of 2024... after many times going into the office and being lied to, sent me statements on the old truck, that went to the dealership auction and was on a buy here pay here a lot. I had enough of the BS I canceled my policy and went to a different company. it has been over a month trying to get my money back from them, they even prorated my policy on the truck I did not have. What a bunch of cheaters, liars, and thieves they are. Please do not use them! P.S. I saved $784.00 with a new company with the same coverage.

Good luck actually finding and making contact with one of these unicorns. Sate Farm as a whole stinks and ranks right up there with the worst reps and zero customer service. All of my 4 agents so far an counting have each lied to me about my policy coverages and what they actually are since these reps in Sand Springs Bristow and OKC simply don't know what they are talking about or doing and should not be in business at all much less hold a license to do so. I am just a recent transplant with a previous property and casually license for home and auto in another state. I pretty much have a clue how it all works just not the state laws yet as they apply to insurance policies and mandates. Clearly no help from the agents and never can get a contact from corporate that is competent or qualified to handle these kinds of problems so I usually am hung up on. I even tried finding a regional rep and they too are either a unicorn or one told me extinct. I just want proper coverage and clear communication is all. Instead it is more like Lord of the Flies and a free for all for Oklahoma representation by its State Farm insurance agents. Plus the non existent corporate office that allegedly exists just not for customers as I have gotten no where with these dead beat losers. I left corporate insurance sales and became a private broker because these corporate goons are the real scam artists.

The corporate life forms at State Farm Insurance REFUSE to answer my simple question. Why do you donate Mi$$ions to unaccountable non-profits, political campaigns and special grant programs while relentlessly raising premiums? I had to file a case with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to even get in contact with them. They sent one BS response that had "NOTHING" to do with my question, that I refused to accept, so they told BBB they are no longer responding to me. (I have it in writing) I am a paying customer of theirs and they feel I don't deserve an answer but, BLM associates deserve to be rewarded with 100 Mi$$ion while they helped, pay 2 Bi$$ion dollars in damage claims, during the "Summer of Love" REWARDING those who caused Bi$$ions in damage that "State Farm and other Insurers" paid claims for is a CRIMINAL ACT.

Horrible company. They refused to remove one of my children from my auto insurance, who no longer lives at home. Then, to make matters worse, they are about to cancel my insurance because we've: A). Filed claims where our cars have been hit by others, and we bear no responsibility as determined by State Farm. B). Used the company's roadside assistance, which is offered free. Yes, you've read that correctly. Instead of using AAA as I always do, State Farm urged me to use their service. Yet when I did, they used it against me. BEWARE. Even worse, there is absolutely no way to get in touch with anyone at the corporate office. DO NOT GET A POLICY WITH THESE THIEVES. "LIKE A GOOD NEIGHBOR"... GIVE ME A BREAK.

State Farm proves to be the epitome of disappointment and betrayal. Despite promptly settling my insurance premium upon notification of a lapse, I found myself in a dire situation mere hours later--engulfed in an accident. Yet, what does State Farm, with its so-called reputation as a "good neighbor," do? They abandon me without a second thought. Their adjuster, Julie Wisdom, embodies callousness, lacking not only empathy but also basic human decency. In contrast, had I remained with Allstate, a company I entrusted for three decades, I would have undoubtedly found solace in their reliable hands. But alas, my move to North Carolina led me to the regrettable decision of switching to State Farm--a choice I now rue. Let this scathing review serve as a beacon of warning to potential customers: beware of entrusting your hard-earned money to a company that forsakes you when you need them the most. State Farm's actions speak volumes about their integrity, or rather, the lack thereof. Save yourselves from the anguish and frustration I endured.

Dave Larose State Farm in Ogdensburg cancelled my insurance policy without giving me notice. I had just switched banks. I had been with State Farm for decades. this is how they show they care for their customers. They cancel their policy with no notice. if they had notified me, it would have been a quick fix. but no, instead I received a notice from the DMV saying my vehicle was not insured. I have never experienced such lousy customer service and lack of communication in my life. I would like to file a complaint with the corporate office against Dave Larose. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau. nobody should have to go through what I am thanks to Dave Larose State Farm. thanks a lot DaveLarose

Telling the whole world.January 9th 2024, there was a rainstorm that came through cumberland county north carolina and caused severe damage to the roof of my home and many others in the area, mine is covered through State Farm insurance. Two weeks after filing this claim, I was reached out to via email and made aware an adjuster was coming to document damage. Adjuster never showed up. It was a giant waste of time, taking off work just to be there and nothing. I tried to complained to State Farm but Mr.Curtis handling my claim would not return my call and so I personally had to do his job for him and reach out to their 3rd party vendor, this was the first red flag of incompetence. My roof can't wait. Further prolonging this dreadful process with State Farm and waiting I recieved another email letting me know another roof inspector "adjuster" is coming. Days later....Upon the adjuster's arrival, I requested to know exactly how damaged my roof is. And he exercising his 1st ammendment rights specifically told me the "majority of your roof has wind damage". "Majority of your shingles have been bent back and are bad". Obviously since its missing 50+ 3 tabs. Attempting to contact Mr.Curtis, our claims handler with State Farm, I was told by him that he would give me a call back "immediately" which never took place. Multiple days later after Curtis recieved the report from the damage adjuster, he finally returned my phone call just to let me know he has to get an area view of my home. Another redflag of incompetence. He didn't like the first report. A week later I recieved randomly at 5pm the day before via email another message saying the same 3rd party vendor is sending out another damage adjuster to do the same job as the first one the next day.No one called me, no one gave me time to prepare, no one cared I'm a parent with a busy schedule. Just boom, someone will be there tomorrow. Another redflag of complete incompetence.3rd party vendor shows up, performs same exact job as the previous and just like the other adjuster expressed to me, he explained that there was no reason for him to come out as his report is exactly the same as the previous adjuster."The majority of your roof is damaged caused by rain and wind".Over the next week still hearing nothingfrom Curtis Rivera, after many calls to figure out what is going on.I recieved an email saying State Farm is issuing me a $425.00+ check. Knowing my roof has over 70% damage to shingles based on picture documentation and after speaking with the professionals that came to access damage, I attempted to reach out to Mr.Curtis again. Just to get the run around about him calling back, which never happened.A few days later I called and requested his supervisor, who I explained the details to of my concern and she garenteed me after she reviewed the documentation and photos herself would give me a call back. This also didn't happen.State Farm has chosen to act in an unethical way and not even allow another assessment even with my request. And will not provide the coverage that was previously garenteed to me when signing up for services. We have had multiple professional roofers out at our property, explain to use that the roof needs to be replaced given the damage is on 3 tab shingles and many square feet have to be replaced. State Farm has refused to provide the coverage they promised and instead wants to send us minimal repair funds. It's as if Mr.Curtis or other employees at State Farm get extra funds if they can down play damage reports to same the company money at the expense of their clients. I'm pretty sure that's exactly what has happened here to me.In my honest opinion, this is a company that everyone needs to run from. Our experience as home owners, veterans and parents is that this is the worst company you could ever rely on to help secure your family and your future. Especially as investors of a property. We will be taking this to higher ups and we will be informing the BBB.

I called State farm and spoke with a Stacy. She sounded mad when I asked where my check from my claim was. I really wish people did not take their bad job out on customers. Anyway, I calmly asked her, "Where my check was?" Her voice sounded irritated. She tried to tell me that my check will take 7-10 days to reach my address. I responded by telling Stacy that it has been 14-20 days. Stacy also told me that State Farm keeps my old address in the database. Stacy told me that is was possible that the check arrived at the old address. I have not been living at the old address for 1 month and 1/2. Therefore, it is possible that the new OCCUPANT at my old address probably has access to all my personal information and a nice size check in their hands. It appears that State Farm keeps 2 (two) addresses on file on their clients. So Stacy made the excuse that due to a default address in State's Farm's system on me. The claims officer might have selected my old address by mistake. Stacy made me really upset when she told me that she could cancel my old check and issue a New check. That would mean I have to wait another 7-10 days. No one at the State Farm phone lines know the CEO or executives they work for. I asked several State Farm agents who and what is the address and phone numbers of their bosses. The representatives seem to have "brain fog". I can not speak or write anyone who is in charge. It is amazing because my bills for my cars arrived at the new address. However, my check to pay off my hotel bills was probably lost. Its "funny" that my bills seem to make it to my address every 6 months on time. Arnold (the Terminator) got paid, before me , for his State Farm Commercials. Arnold is a millionaire using my hard earn pension to make money. I have used the rest of my pension paying for food and hotels after a flood in my apartment. My furniture and TVs were ruined. My clothes soaked in dirty water from the sprinkler.

Horrible experience with claims. Also claims portal and tech support useless if you have more than one business covered by State Farm. Had to call my agent repeatedly to get any communications from the claims team

Kia with anti-theft update dropped from plan for not having some kind of additional device which Kia does not offer. Had an additional account balance added to my account that was not mine. Paid it because it showed due on the account and was later treated like it was my fault before it was cleared up.

When Rust left the CEO spot, I noticed consistent and sharp declines in the service, support and communication at ALL levels of insurance products supplied by this company. I have been a State Farm customer for 40 years now. The last seven years have shown me that this is no longer State Farm. It is a broken shell of the company it once was. I have worked with multiple agents and always had good working relationships with everyone at every level of the company. Now, I find indolence and disrespect at every level of service this company provides, except for my current agents office. And they do not have the autonomy to help me. They are subjected to the same rude, dismissive and sometimes simply ignorant 'lack of' customer service that I am subjected to. This is a decline in service across the board from auto to home to health. They have closed all health response centers, except for one, and outsourced everything to third parties. This means that literally hundreds of thousands of claimants end up getting pooled (when the phone system works correctly) into a funnel designed to accommodate a few thousand calls. And, they have literally thousands of fewer employees handling all these calls. PRACTICALLY EVERYTHING from auto glass claims to health reviews are outsourced to inept, non-trained, non-knowledgable people who do not even have basic communication skills and certainly were never raised to even be slightly nice on the phone or have any courtesy or respect for anyone they are talking to. This change of business model is 180 degrees different from the founding fathers of State Farm. This company is now the epitome of greed at its highest and lack of care of the human being at its most poignant. It is disgusting and disturbing that we have fallen to this level with this company. With neighbors like this, who needs neighbors like Russia, China, and North Korea? This is my learned experience and I am not happy about it.

State farm is getting out of control or is it the state I'm in ?? had an accident since September 9,2023 it's now February 2024 and State Farm still haven't fixed my car but yet still I have to pay $437 every month. This is high way robbery and fraud on all levels . They send an adjuster to my home without my knowledge or consent compromising my safe place , The agent that I got the insurance from is of no help and give little or no help. This is so wrong for customers to pay their hard ear cash for a service abd when something happens the company refuse to compensate I consider this to be a SCAM!! At this point I'm seeking legal actions because my life is risk because of driving a car that is not safe because of State Farm refusing to fix my car .

I have been with State farm for almost 20 years someone went into my storage unit where I live stole all of my stuff out of there left the place a mess I file a claim when I got back from London and the adjuster has been very arrogant has been very degrading has been very condescending to me about this I have a police report I have all the documents she asked me to sign and now she is pretty close to discriminate I know she's violated the Department of Insurance rules when it comes to Fair practices please advise I would not ever recommend State farm for anyone. I have filed a complaint with the Department of Insurance in South Carolina and for those of you who are having some unfair practices with State farm I would recommend that you reach out to your department of insurance and the state that you live in and file a complaint to get the ball rolling I will post this review on every social media app there is hopefully someone from State farm will resolve my issue. State farms have the audacity to spend millions of dollars on a 60 second super bowl commercial which is the customer's money but won't pay claims
