Typical insurance company. I used to proudly tell people I had State Farm, but at some point they quit caring, so I quit paying them.

Poor support from State Farm when an under-insured motorist hit our vehicle and 2 others. Ridiculous rates for collision / comp on an older vehicle. I moved on to another company.
