Time came to purchase a new vehicle so I stopped into Sam Lamen Mazda, as they have always treated me well in the past. Justin Schultz assisted with finding the most perfect truck for me. He got her shipped from Peoria in a day and after a test drive... I knew she was the one for me. Justin walked me through the entire process, as this was my 1st vehicle purchase solo. Since the purchases he's continued to offer assistance answering questions and providing car washes. If you're looking for a new vehicle, Justin is the man. And the rest of the staff has been amazing too (Josh, Darryl, Matt, Issac, & Dave). ? ?

The staff here made leasing a new car such a feasible goal, but Victor C. particularly went above and beyond in service and transparency. He was personable, pleasant and provided us with all options within our means while being very candid in his recommendations. I can't say enough great things about my experience, and when we decide to shop again, we will be returning.

One of our best car buying experiences in a long time. Our sales consultant Consuela Regal was excellent. No high pressure, just relaxed, friendly and knowledgeable. This was a new car for my wife and Consuela made sure that’s who she was primarily talking to and explaining all the car’s features to. Which is exactly how it should be, but so often in the past hasn’t been the case at other dealers we’ve gone to. Fair trade offer and 0% financing were also appreciated. We will definitely be recommending Consuela to any friends or family who are looking for a new car and want a great sales consultant to work with.

Consuela helped me get into this 2021 Camry hybrid and I absolutely love it!!! Consuela is the best ever, super friendly and had my best interests at heart. Thanks go out to Dylan Hutchinson. A very nice young man. Knowledgeable and patient, he spent a couple hours discussing the features of the Mazda CX-5 and CX-50 and answering questions. While we ultimately decided to buy a different brand I would certainly recommend Dylan if you are at all interested in a Mazda.
