This dealership has had my 2019 Jeep w/17500 miles on it for 5 weeks now , and no one there has a sense of urgency regarding fixing my vehicle. Last Friday, they said "we can't figure out what's wrong, come pick it up". Imagine that, in other words they told me " even though I had an extended warranty, "tough luck pal"! We brought the vehicle home and my wife went to turn it off after parking it in our garage! All the lights inside the car started going crazy, just like in our original complaint. She turned the ignition off, pulled the FOB out, and the car kept running and there was no way to turn it off. So, a flatbed truck was called and it was hauled to the dealership and the engine was still running. I called numerous people at the Customer Complaint Resolution and no one answered their phone. I left two messages. After a satisfactory amount of time had passed with no callback, I tried a third time and did reach someone. I gave her my case number that I had received previously over a week ago, and we discussed my situation. I told we are now on week five without a vehicle.I told her we checked two times a week every week and the only answer was "Se can't figure it out how to fix it". She told me that wasn't her understanding. She said, they were told that the dealership was waiting for approval from a third party. Then said, the car will be repaired tomorrow. At this point, I wanted to hit something! Besides poor customer service, this dealership has no one with a sense of urgency, and somebodies lying through their teeth. Be careful dealing with this dealership. Don't buy from them, run away instead. .

I had an amazing experience here last weekend. My salesman Justin Schultz was awesome. These guys made the buying process very simple and painless. The hardest part was letting go of my old vehicle to trade for the new one. Along with the rest of the team I worked with. And the finance guy Moe was awesome as well. Awesome experience and amazing staff

I would not recommend using this place to buy a used car. I understand that buying a used car you will have more maintenance required but 2 days after we drove it off the lot all 4 TPMS sensors broke and there was no oil in the car because they failed to check it and change it before selling it. The dealership is clearly money driven and will sell you a junk car and then avoid any questions you ask! We were lied to multiple times. I will never buy from a Sam leman dealership again. Don’t buy a used car because it will be junk.

Bought our first new car with the help of Justin Schultz, and we are very pleased with our experience and purchase at Sam Leman. Our Sales Associate, Justin Schultz was very friendly, mindful, and informative. Took care of us and answered all my question very well, along with other staff members as well. I did not feel any pressure while my time there, and my dealer informed us about everything offered and there at the dealership. I very much suggest taking a trip to Sam Leman when thinking about buying a car.Service: Financing

Dave in the service center is a phenomenal manager/employee and person. He has been such a great help to me and my Mazda over the course of the past couple of months. Very professional, informative and most importantly honest when it comes to repairs and pricing. He genuinely cares about his customers instead of wanting to make some bucks. My “like new” car needed a whole engine and transmission replaced and he made a very painful process as stress free for me as he could. The Sam Leman service center is the best dealer repair shop I've ever been to. Dave, who runs things, is very good at his job, great at estimating times and costs, and is a super nice and funny guy. The shuttle driver is very friendly. All the people who work there really know their stuff. I've always been happy with the service, the repairs, and the costs. Totally recommend them.

Jon Aden sold me a Dodge Durango and the whole experience was the best! He was super nice, didn’t pester me, and once I found a vehicle I was interested in he was able to show it to me the very next day. The entire time we were there they treated us with kindness and I felt like they’ve known me forever there.We were there for only about 3 1/2 hours total and everything went super smooth and super easy. Everything was explained very clear and very well to us so we knew what we were doing. I would recommend Jon and the entire Mazda dealership location for anyone looking for a car in Bloomington!
