I would give ZERO STARS if I could. This company has missed multiple appointments for my partner, and others in his area. Seems corporate and personal people are both left screwed over, my partners corporate appointment was rescheduled TWICE and he was let know after his appointment time both times that it would be the next day basically. On Saturday he was told Monday, on Monday (today) he was told Tuesday. This is ridiculous. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I'm incredibly disappointed considering I have ALWAYS spoken highly of this company. I'm likely never going to be using safelite again after all of this.

My technician was Eric he was very kind & told me the job was going to be done in 45 min and he did exactly that. It was done fast! He was also very patient with me… I’ve never got my windshield done before and I’m glad Eric was the one to do it !

I had my windshield replaced on 8/21/23. Dropped it off and picked up after they closed. Windshield has a bigger gap on driver's side than the passenger. Also plastic trim at bottom of windshield was scratched by them and cracked the plastic washers as well. I will be contacting them and my insurance company for the lack of care and damages. I will never go here again!
