Rush himself is very flexible on his prices. If you are a few cents short on something he doesn't sweat it. It's nice to find a business owner that actually takes part in the business, a.k.a. stocking shelves and running the register himself, instead of just sitting in the office and making the employees do the dirty work. He's not afraid of hard work and it shows. All the customers love him.
